QUALITY SCAPE

Did not start when promised. Started project 7 month late. Still not finished- did not do what was promised open drain not open - yard left a mess with ruts - every thing was half done. Worker quit mid job every day had someone new. Worker said they were not being paid. The owner has lost interest in his business.

The only time there was a positive experience was when he was trying to get the job, once you sign on the nightmare begins. It took months and months to complete and was never as promised. It started with the patio being installed off square and when noticed his response was, "Didn't you see them doing it?" because he would come, yell orders and not to be seen the rest of the day. We had to argue with him to make it square to the house because he thought it wouldn't be noticed. His workers did not speak the language well so there was a language barrier, if we asked them a question they tried to call him to get an answer and then if he came to answer he was very exasperated with us and there were many uncomfortable conversations. The pond had NO filter system as promised (we had a bag of lava rocks) so of course we always had dirty water. We were suppose to get topsoil in but he used the dirt that they dug out for the patio, this area previously has a pool so it was mostly sand and this is what he planted the plants in, not the topsoil as promised. We were suppose to review all the plants he brought in and I was very specific of certain plants I did not want and they were planted anyway. When you would try to clear things up he would get angry and a shouting match would occur and there you are left with this mess in your yard so you find yourself at his mercy. Many, many plants died and they were suppose to be guaranteed for a year, he did replace a few but never came back to replace all that died. he installed these rocks along the walkway and I made it clear how much I disliked them and they are still here, he would not move them. I could go on and on. It was a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience. We spent a lot of money and anticipated such a different result. He is not reliable, tells you how hard he is working at his other jobs so of course your job isn't a priority. DO NOT USE QUALITY SCAPE!!!
