+ -1 moreI called them and he didn't come the first day. He came the next day and looked at the appliance and didn't do any work. Said that I needed a control board and did not know how much it would cost. I gave him the $205 and it said I owed him a balance. Since then, I have been calling him and he keeps telling me he will be there next week. He has now wiped himself off the face of the earth and I do not know how to contact him.
Description of Work: The provider took money and gave receipt. Did not do any work.

Description of Work: replaced a leaking gas valve on my propane stove. He has been the only technician that knows what he is doing with my six burner range. I would use him again. Nice guy. Very professional.

+ -1 moreEverything was fine. They came in and did what they’re supposed to do. They were upfront. They didn’t charge me because it wasn’t set up properly to begin with – no charge because it was under warranty. They arrive when they were supposed to. There is nothing actually I don’t remember too much about it except that I was satisfied with their service.
Description of Work: I used Eastern Regional for large appliance repair service. They installed the washer I bought from them and it was not working properly something was wrong with it – one of the washer dials was not set up properly and so their people just came out and did a minor repair on it.

Description of Work: My washing machine was leaking - I got Eastern's name thru another company. I called Monday, but the first available appt was Thurs. Sue said I would be called Thurs morning with a time. Gary called at 8:30 and said between 11 - 1. He arrived in that time, examined the washer but unfortunately could not find a leak. We ran a load of wash while he was here. Since my dryer door was inconvenient to open, he said he would switch it to at least do something for me.The work was completed in a timely way, neatly and professonal. He said to call him if it leaked again - it would be no problem to come back.I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

+ -1 moreI thought the repairman was very nice, went out of his way and did extra things for me when he was here. He even called the next morning to see how my washer was. I was very pleased with them. The machine was still under warranty so this was a service call.
