Description of Work: Oliver hooked up my home to public water provider. This required trenching (provided by a subcontractor), laying the pipe, excavating for and installing a water meter pit, removing my old well pump and running the new pipe into the house. I also had them replace some of the corroded copper piping in my crawlspace. Although everything did not go completely smoothly, their response to issues that arose was outstanding and extremely professional. Personnel showed up on time, every time, and worked in some disgustingly hot weather conditions without slacking off at all.

Description of Work: Replaced a linking water valve in bathroom sink,it went very well.

Description of Work: I used Oliver for electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. I had them rewire my electrical system a couple of months ago. They did all my electrical plugs and everything. They fixed my air conditioner last year and this year, they just inspected it. I had them for some plumbing things. They also put in my ice maker for my refrigerator.

Description of Work: Service is good. The techs seem to follow strict rules when they enter your house such as wearing boot covers. Pretty consistent. I pay for a yearly service contract. Basic check up. I first got them when my pretty new AC broke. The faulty valve was under warranty but still cost me like 2k$ due to the freon needing to be flushed. They diaged the issue fast though it took a few days to get the part.

Description of Work: New gas water heated installed, old heater removed. All went smoothly, on time and ready when they arrived. Would use Oliver again. Another good experience thanks to Angie's List !

Description of Work: Excellent service a real pleasure doing business with them, I called and spoke to Kim who was very pleasant and professional and scheduled Bob to meet me between 12-5 he was here by 12:20 about an hour since I called he provides me with an estimate and sent their crew out to remove my old water heater and replaced it with a new one and me with an 8yr warranty. Great service and fair pricing.

Description of Work: They evaluated my home's needs for heating and air conditioning and did a thorough job of explaining my options. They were very professional and I felt that I was making a very informed decision. They performed the work on time and cleaned up nicely. I would recomend them in the future.

Description of Work: The service technician completed a thorough cleaning of the furnace system. During initial cleaning, there was an issue turning on the furnace that the technician resolved before continuing the original purchased service. The technician was very professional and provided outsanding customer service.

Description of Work: I'm not sure what each of the 25 points are - never got a explanation or anything emailed to me. To be fair the house is rented to tenants and the technician probably told them. I did however talk to the technician on the phone.

Description of Work: Pre-season cleaning. I was just a bit disappointed that the man read from the manual for the furnace that I supplied to him. I could've done that for free. He also didn't put the cover back on properly so I had to reseat it after he left. He did a test about emissions, but didn't share the results. It wasn't a bad experience per se, just - this was the first interaction I'd had with the company and found myself thinking "I couldn't done this myself" after he left.

Description of Work: We called for an estimate and details for the replacement of stand alone heat and air conditioning units. Representative was everything a customer could want: He knew the product, was courteous and answered our questions intelligently. Products were of good quality. The price quoted was considerably higher than the competition for equivalent quality and that is why we did not go with Oliver.

Description of Work: Was looking for a new company to perform maintenance on my heater. I called, made an appointment, reviewed all pricing and scheduled a repair time. The service person arrived on time and listened to what I described as the problem. The price to fix was right on target with what had been described. Outstanding service and friendly. I plan on using them again if necessary. The service was a general maintenance and a replacement to a circulating pump that had seized.

Description of Work: Overall they did a good job. It was a while ago and the details are fuzzy because I was going through a tramatic experience (flood in my home). I do, however, want to note that the salesman on this job was excellent. He helped through a really rough time.
