Description of Work: I wanted to use the coupon for a second opinion on what needed to be done. The plumber told me there was an extra dispatch and appointment fee that the coupon did not cover even thought the coupon stated $59.00 for a service call. I emailed the provider and received no answer.

I spoke to our service manager regarding this situation, and on behalf of both of us would like to apologize for the inconvenience of this situation. As I understand from our service records, the outdoor unit was replaced under a manufacturer's warranty, and in the process one of the wires was connected incorrectly, causing an intermittent problem when the unit entered defrost mode. I sincerely apologize for the mistake, and the inconvenience involved in identifying and rectifying the problem. We have taken full responsibility for the issue and the resolution, and we use situations such as this one as training tools to help our technicians identify and avoid similar problems in the future. Description of Work: We had a leak under the kitchen sink. Turns out the chrome drain pipes were corroded and needed to be replaced. The plumber did not have the necessary parts in his truck and had to go to Home Depot to get the supplies. The work was done well. However, I thought the price for such a simple repair was rather high.
