Description of Work: I know having your heating vents clean is high but it was over $300. I have a baby coming in January I am a single mother of 4 and expecting grandchild in Jan. that will be live with me. So I am trying to find a good price TY anyhow.

Oliver uses a flat rate system that takes into account the vehicle, gasoline, maintenance, tools, and materials necessary for our plumbers to provide service at your home. In addition to these aspects of the call that you see, we also must account for the professional contributions of our customer service representatives, dispatchers, parts coordinators, and accountants that handle each call as well as the overhead costs of the office building. All parts that we install come with a 2-year part and labor warranty, and we offer 24/7 emergency service with no overtime rates. We do operate on a profit, which is a necessary part of staying in business, but the profits that we earn are a very small portion of the flat rate price. Description of Work: They came to do the preventive maintenance on our heater. They give me a window - usually 4 hours, then call about 20 to 30 minutes before they arrive. The tech is always neat and wears booties in the house. He went right to work and checked everything out and let me know there were no issues.
