Description of Work: Back in December, I contacted another Heating contractor and had them come over and check out my system, since it seemed to take a while to come on. Thye checked everything out and said it was ok, but that I would have about $1,000 in repairs once a part went. | |Fast forward a few months and although the fan would run, the air wasn't getting hot. I found Oliver on Angie's list and called them. They had someone come out later that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, and using a wireless tablet was able to order the needed part and scheduled a return for the following afternoon. | |When they came back they installed the part, and also pointed out an issue with the fan (I had noticed slightly off sound before they ever came out.) So they went back to their home office and got a part, and drove all the back and installed it. The total was less than half what the other place wanted. | |Polite and professional. I am thinking of getting their annual service plan based upon my experience.
