They were prompt and very professional. I feel they did an excellent job.

When the appointment was made we were given a time frame of 5-10 pm arrival. We requested it be as early as possible. Roger Kain the HVAC technician arrived at approximately 5:15 pm. He greeted us when we answered the door and pointed to his name tag he was wearing. We have reserved parking spots in our development and he made sure to park in a non-reserved spot. People parking in reserved parking spots is a big issue in our development so we found that to be a great relief. He was courteous and friendly and answered several questions we asked. Overall, great service!

Everything was good but the price was high.

Originally they scheduled the install 2 weeks from date of sale but I asked them to move it up before Father's Day as we were having a big family get together. They rescheduled without pause - very nice, seeing that our old compressor had died. They were supposed to come at 8 AM on a Thursday. We heard a knock on the door at 7:45 AM and it was their delivery guy. Ten minutes later the installers showed up. Told me what they were going to do the first day and they did it. The next day a different team came back and their lead guy told me he was going to revise the vent pipe strategy. He was right - it was a better plan. They also told me what time they'd be done. They hit it perfectly. Came home and examined their work and couldn't see any reason to complain - an excellent job - cleanup was fine. Price was higher than Sears but I felt more secure going with a local company. I got what I paid for. Only issue was their sales guy was a bit unresponsive, but everything else was great.

I left two messages with this company regarding an estimate for a new heat pump. Never received a response. Very disappointing as this company had good comments.

The experience was great. The assessment was completed in a timely manner. Although it took two days to complete the task, it was still done in a efficient and professional manner.

Joe arrived as scheduled for the initial estimate. He took time to measure the house to properly size the new unit. He went over several options and was able to answer all my questions. He didn't try to push for more expensive units. After some further evaluation on my own, I did opt for a mid range furnace and a higher efficiency air conditioning unit (subtract about 1000 dollars from the amount paid for his approximate baseline proposal. This was in the same neighborhood of other reasonable proposals worth consideration which I had received. The installation was scheduled for two days. The old furnace was removed and the new one installed and running the first day. The AC moved in place and hooked up on the second (actually about a half day). I had the old oil tank removed by a another contractor they recommended. They accepted the coupon offered through Angie's list. All, in all it was what I expected.

THEY DID A FINE JOB. THEY CAME RIGHT ON TIME. IT WAS HARD TO SCHEDULE BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY BUSY AT THE TIME. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND FULFILLED THEIR PROMISES.

Price very fair based on other estimates I received. Sales rep very professional & did a great job with estimate, scheduling. Installers were only so-so. Didn't show up on time & didn't do a great job cleaning up, etc. System works great, though.

VERY PROMPT. CALLED @ 7:30 IN THE MORNING AND EXPLAINED THAT HEATER WAS NOT WORKING. TECH ARRIVED @ 9:30AM AND COMPLETED REPAIR AND CLEANING BY 10:30AM

PHONE ESTIMATE WAS $99 ... INCREASED TO OVER $400 WHEN TECH ARRIVED BEFORE EVEN LOOKING @ JOB .. WHICH WAS FOR GENERAL WINTER SERVICE.

THEY WERE PROMPT, THOROUGH AND VERY NICE. IT WAS REMARKABLE TO SEE THE STUFF THEY PULLED OUT OF MY VENTS -LOTS OF DIRT, OLD CLOTHING AND TOYS FROM PREVIOUS OWNERS OF MY HOUSE. THEY EVEN FOUND A LETTER ADDRESSED TO A PREVIOUS OWNER DATED 1986! MY ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE VACUUMED THE BASEMENT FLOOR WHEN THEY FINISHED. THERE WAS A LOT OF DUST ON THE FLOOR WHICH I HAD TO CLEAN UP MYSELF.

ALL OF THEIR STAFF WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THEY TOOK SPECIAL CARE IN MAINTAINING A CLEAN WORK AREA. THEIR TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE WAS VERY GOOD AS WELL.

CLEANED AND SERVICED MY HEATER. VERY PUNCTUAL.

THEY WERE ON TIME, DID WHAT THEY HAD TO DO, CLEANED UP AND LEFT.

VERY NICE EMPLOYEES. VERY PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION.

MIKE, THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT FOR HIS SATURDAY APPOINTMENT AT 8 AM. HE SERVICED THE HEATER AND CLEANED UP THE AREA.

MIKE O'MALLEY WAS THE TECHNICIAN HE ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS VERY COURTEOUS. DESCRIBED WORK TO BE PERFORMED. VERY NICE.
