They were nice and efficient and they were very good with follow up. Any problems that they had they fixed them quickly. They were very professional.

They told me they had certified installers, but the installers did not have any information on their certifications. I just had questions about this, I have no issues with the product, but it struck me odd because I really just wanted to know who is installing and what their degree of expertise is.

Everything went well, workers there on time & they cleaned up after themselves. Salesman (Dan) followed up to make sure everything went well.

The tech explained what the problems were and ordered the parts. Within days he called to set up an appointment. The tech was prompt and pleasant. He fixed the problems and left my house very clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent. It took a little while to get a technician scheduled, but it was about average compared to the times promised by other companies. The guy did a good job, was very courteous and professional and gave us an honest assessment of our A/C system: it's old, but it works and meets all of their baseline measurements so we should only upgrade if we feel like lowering our electrical bill by installing a more modern/efficient unit. He also balanced our old school thermostat.

The work was performed as promised with highly satisfactory results.

They were very professional, the technicians who did the installation were very polite. They showed me each step of what they were doing, They did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished.

All I can really say is that they did meet our expectations and we are pleased. I would recommend them to others. I guess I would say that they were just fine. I would probably rate them an A all the way, but, I am not sure though. They were fairly priced, but, again I do not wish to get into that. They did a good job and everything seems to be working just fine.

They told me that I needed a big repair when they came. In their opinion, I was having carbon monoxide poison going through my house. When I got second opinions from other companies, they said there was not a problem.

Our central AC system failed to turn on when I tried it this year. I called another heating and cooling company for service. They failed to show up when promised and didn't even call. I cancelled with them and called Oliver. I got immediate service and phone calls to boot. It was not worth fixing a very old system so I asked to see someone from sales. Joe Radico came out and we worked out a fair deal. The installers came out two weeks later and did a very good installation. One thing I noticed is that the installers had very good backup. They used there Nextels for support for things like parts or technical support. When they are at your house they have the entire company behind them, and any problems they encounter are solved that very day. A very organized and competent company! I plan on doing business with them in the future.

They come out with no muss or fuss. They do the work and everything works great so we don't have to think about it. They are always on time and do a great professional job.

We had a very good experience with Oliver from the sales call to the end product. They showed up on time, let us know what they were going to do that day and checked with us when running the duct through a closet area (we lost less than 8x6 inches of space) as well as placement of the vents in each room and the unit outside. We have two cats and a dog and they worked around that obstacle very well and with no complaints. John, our sales guy, came by regularly to check in and did a final check before leaving us with the final bill. They cleaned up well and there was minimal dust or debris in the areas where they installed vents in the ceilings. Since it is so cold, they are unable to test the system so they will come back in the Spring to make sure everything is in working order before we run the air. We are very happy with the entire project and recommend these guys wholeheartedly!

It was a pleasant surprise. The fee that was charged includes a spring evaluation of the system. I liked being given the choice of having a one time evaluation or checking at the time of seasonal change.

I called Oliver Heating & Cooling on the recommendation of a friend. (I had used Oliver in the past to do a maintenance check). The salesman who came to the house was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We spoke about various options and types of units. After agreeing on the work to be done, the company sent out two technicians who took great care in removing the old system and installing the new. The work took two days. We had heat the first night. The house is far more comfortable, and the utility bills have come down.

I was told that the tech would come to my house between 12 and 5 and that someone would call my cellular phone 45 minutes before he arrived. I was at home all afternoon taking care of things and decided just to wait for him. By 4:45 I had not heard a thing, so I called. The operator told me someone would be over about 5:15. At 5:45 I called again, and she said that the tech was tied up fixing someone else's heater, that they had gotten a lot of calls about heaters that were not functioning, so my call would have to wait. The operator said they had tried to call, but my phone was busy, which was nonsense since they had my cell number. The tech came at 7:35 and did not offer any explanation or apology. He did the work and left my house at 8:10. He tried to sell me an expensive service contract, but I said no. The tech was professional, but not very friendly.

We are very impressed with the company. He spent a lot of time measuring, estimating, etc. He seemed very conscientious. The installation went smoothly.

Excellent. The technician put on coverings over his shoes, so as not to dirty the floor. He was very courteous, and he was as my house for the exact amount of time I was told by the office. There were no hidden costs either.

Excellent experience. They are reliable and professional. The duct cleaning was done perfectly, and they left the house clean and in order afterwards.

I could not have asked for a more positive experience with a company representative. Mr. Kelly was prompt, professional, and ethical. He explained the issues with my ductwork and why the current central A/C I have installed cannot possibly cool my 2nd floor. I would not hesitate to contact him again and would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for an HVAC company!!
