I liked the entire experience. The man came in and he was very professional. I thought he gave a fair quote but I got a better deal from someone else.

They arrived right on time and did a very thorough job. They explained exactly what they were going to do before they did it and asked if I had any questions. They proceeded to clean all the vents in the house and showed me before and after pictures of what had been done. They were very conscientious and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. They told me about other products and services that were available, but there was no pressure to purchase. I would definitely use them in the future for the same type of service.

The sales associate was professional, knowledgable and not overly pushy or "salesy". He responded to pre and post-work communications promptly without needing prodding. The three techs that installed the unit completed the work in about 8 hours. There were no "snags" and they cleaned up the work area well. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience start to finish.

Our air conditioner was very old and needed to be replaced. We got quotes from 3 different HVAC providers and decided to go with Oliver. All 3 providers gave us estimates on similar Lenox units. We ended up picking Oliver because they gave us the best price and because of the great reviews they got on Angie's List. Overall we were pleased with their service. They arrived when they said they would and installed the air conditioner unit without any issues. Our only complaint was that when they placed the unit on the cinderblocks outside, they didn't level it. We mentioned this to them, and they placed a shim under the corner that was wobbly. It didn't look very durable. We did call our sales person to complain, and he has asked us to schedule another appointment so that they can come out and correct it. I just wanted to provide an update. I never did have them come out to fix things because I'm lazy and it will probably be fine as is. However, Oliver has bent over backwards, following up several times to ensure I was happy with the job. It is clear Oliver is a very customer oriented and consciences company. I have upgraded their professionalism from b to a. Thanks Oliver.

He offered to replace the lights, and he had the parts in his truck. He charged me $926.00 to replace three long lights. They have also done some plumbing work for me in the past that they botched.

It was the first time I had used them. I liked everything about their company. Their prices were very good. They were trustworthy and reliable. They service contract I also got was very good.

They are great. They are usually out here on the same day to do any work and they also take care of servicing it every year. They serviced our old system and took care of installing our new systems when the olds when became inefficient. The new system they installed did come with a manufacturer warranty too but we also use Oliver to do work. They clean up after themselves and they don't leave until the job is done. Everyone in our area should use them.

I had the company come for an estimate, and they sent out a representative. If i remember correctly, he arrived on time and was a nice enough guy. My issue was with the lack of interest in the work i needed done, and the complete disregard for assessing the situation. I have an old house that has minimal insulation in the attic and no insulation in the walls. A previous contractor who came to give me an estimate went in the attic, discussed what was up there and that additional work needed to be done (there was not proper ventilation/ect) in the attic. He also took a look around the house, just to make sure everything looked ok-again noticing something about the attic/roof and some work that needed to be done there as well... the whole process took about 1-1.5 hours. The Oliver representative spend about 15 minutes at my house in total. He went up into the main bedroom, took out an electronic measuring tape and measured the room. I told him that another contractor had been at the house and mentioned that there was not enough ventilation in the attic and did he need to go up there. Oliver Rep said, 'no need-you've seen one attic, you've seen them all'. Yup-he did say that. So-after measuring the room (only the one room), he proceeded to scribble some notes on a piece of paper, and told me how much it would cost to insulate the house. He did also mail me the estimate, however, the pricing was not broken down to see the exact cost. Then he left. I obviously did not use this company-was pretty disappointed.

I contacted Oliver Heating&Cooling at 1:30pm regarding breakdown of my a/c unit. Lady on the phone was courteous and offered me annual service for a/c unit for $135.00/year+10% discount on service calls, which was pretty reasonable, they was able to dispatch serviceman at the same day, serviceman arrived about 5:30pm. Serviceman was polite and professional, he was able to diagnose problem pretty quickly, turned out that Dual Run Capacitor burst. New was offered but was ridiculously overpriced, while having a cost about $25 (http://www.hvacpartsoutlet.com/carrier-bryant-payne-40/5-mfd-370v-round-dual-run-capacitor-cpdr405.aspx) it was sold to me for $185. There's little to no labor involved in replacing capacitor. I asked serviceman to contact supervisor regarding this matter but with no avail, although 10% discount and $25 discount coupon was honored so I ended up with $50 for service call and $170 for capacitor. Serviceman was polite and apologetic about this issue and right away offered to remove part and charge only for service call, that was great. I don't mind paying extra for service but this looks like deliberate rip-off, since very probable this kind of markup goes to all service parts in this company. Annual service was performed without any problems, drain was checked and that was real hard job since that involved crawling to pretty tight attic.

They completed the job in less than a day and completely cleaned up after themselves, removing all packing, debris, etc. They wore the obligatory "booties" and covered the wall to wall carpeted areas that they worked in with dropcloths. The installers, Scott and Nick, managed to snake the new lineset through my finished basement ceiling without cutting any access holes which was much appreciated. The new programmable touch screen thermostat they installed works like a charm.

They were recommended by my neighbor and I was pleased with their performance. They were incredibly professional, prompt and knows their job well. They were very efficient and reliable. They were very eager to help and exerted their time and effort to provide quality service.

Everything was done on time; from the time they said they were going to be and the time they said they were going to leave. They cleaned up everything after the work. They are a Perfect company.

Excellent. If I hadn't recently gotten a new hot water heater from another company who'd installed the original heater/ac system I probably would have chosen Oliver for the new system.

I have used them for about 6 years. We just moved and our experience has been that they are very responsive and do a good job when they come. Their technicians are very polite and always cover their shoes. They installed a new furnace and heat pump at our old house 2 years ago. They had the best quotes and warranty service. My only complaint is that you have to buy service contracts with them and have to pay seasonally so I am not sure whether I am going to use them in our new house.

We found this company on Angie's list, they had excellent reviews and I see why.They sent someone out that week, he was very professional and explained exactly what we needed to know.They took care of the issues we had and I signed a service contract with them and expect it to be well worth the cost.

They are very good. I have an annual contract with them. The last service was part of the contract. If I need plumbing service I get a discount if I am a member.

Excellent, highly recommend them but they are prices are higher, you get what you pay for!

I read all the recommendations and some other ones and I figured I will give them a try. I called them and they did a terrific job. They are very punctual and very clean. I did recommend somebody and they in turn had the same thing done. I am very pleased with them. I was pleased with the price. I would definitely use them again in the future.

A bit more expensive than others but worth the piece of mind plus the warranties are the best
