Jennifer, who answered my questions, was professional and asked me the type of home I had, the number of vents, returns, and if there was ample parking (their truck is very large because they use a HEPA vac in addition to the rotobrush). She quoted me a price of $514 for the air duct cleaning and $84 for the dryer vent. To clean just the the dryer vent without the air ducts is $175 plus tax. I felt the price was very high and have decided to look elsewhere.

We purchased a big deal and the service turned out fine. They came out and did the service that they said they would and the air conditioner seems to be running fine. This was the first time that I used them. The guy was really polite and he put on his little booties and all that stuff, and that seemed nice. I guess everything was done as expected. They were late the first time, and so we had to cancel and reschedule it.

The plumber showed as scheduled with parts needed to replace old iron sewer line in house. When he discovered that the line was backing up through all pipes he halted work and explained that the impeller had to be replaced first before any other work could be done safely. He ordered a new pump and had it shipped overnight. The next morning he arrived on time and preceded to replace the pump. Once that was completed he discovered that the iron work was still good and did not need to be replaced saving me $1200.

My experience overall went very well. They were very professional and friendly. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of work done. They also took care of a few other things for me while my husband was unable to.

The representative from Oliver quoted the installation of a new gas fired heating and air conditioning system in my home along with He did a great job explaining my options with the systems available both in Trane and Carrier spending 90 minutes at the house measuring the rooms, looking for supply vents and return registers as well as counting the number of windows. We looked at the existing system; he explained the differences with my old 80% and the new 96% efficient systems. He provided the quotes very timely within 2 or 3 business days. The Trane system was selected, XV95 heater and XR 16 SEER air conditioner. The installation team was fantastic. They arrived at 730 am and began removing the old system. The worked diligently throughout the day installing the units modifying the vertical duct work to accept the new unit. The AC unit's compressor was made perfectly level outside and PVC lines run for inflow/outflow for the 96% efficient furnace. Their work was extremely neat and tidy cleaning up everything at the end of the day. They also installed a new April Air whole house humidifier and Trane (Honeywell) programmable thermostat. The one technician reviewed the thermostat with me to ensure I understood how to program the unit. It was a great experience. I have been an Oliver customer for many years and have to say this was a great experience.

After assessing the job he broke it down into parts and gave us several options with quotes. When the work went smoother than we both anticipated he reduced the price. A welcome surprise. We plan to have more electrical work done and will definitely use Oliver.

A thunderstorm electrical power surge knocked out our a/c thermostat. We called Oliver's. They sent a technician within one day. He evaluated the problem, quoted a new installation, and installed a loaned temporary thermostat so that we were not without a/c during a run of very hot and humid weather. After the part arrived Oliver's came back and installed it immediately. The technician, Todd, was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing, worked efficiently, and was absolutely professional in every respect. We enjoyed our encounter and would welcome him back anytime.

After losing power for 5 days during hurricane Sandy and trying to manage two children with medical needs and a sump pump in the basement, I could not risk that stress again. Oliver made the process of installing this complicated piece equipment quite easy. They secured the township and PECO permits. It was a two day job that required members from their gas, plumbing, and electrical departments. The men were neat, professional, hard-working, and efficient. Their office manager was also very helpful in keeping me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend using Oliver for a gas generator install. I would also like to recommend for all of your other home service needs. They have given me excellent peace of mind.

I was generally happy with the work and service from Oliver. They were able to accommodate work schedules and come in the early evening to do the work. They reviewed the operations of the heating unit, gave me a report with their findings, and explained the parts that were showing some age and would likely need replacement at some point in the near future.At $59, the promotion was competitively priced and certainly worthwhile to avoid a problem during the heart of the summer.

I really like these guys. The man who did the service was polite, well-spoken, neat and clean appearance, professional in every way. They worked hard and consistently and didn't take time for breaks or even lunch. I actually enjoyed having them do the work. The work looks great and I've not had any problems with the work. They did replace a breaker in the subpanel that I didn't like and they came back and replaced it with one that I did like at not cost to me. It wasn't an easy fix but they persisted until they found one. I have only good things to say about them and I highly recommend them.

They were excellent. On time, professional. I had three issues, but I would not let it effect my using them in the future, but I might be a little more careful. First issue was the WiFi thermostat. The one they sold me did not interface with the equipment they installed. They installed a different one that was more expensive but did not charge me more. The originally ordered one came with a $100 rebate, but the substitute did not. They refund me the $100 themselves, although it took a little encouragement on my part for them to do it. Second. The units should have had a certain amount of floor clearance. Once it was installed there was not enough room and the floor clearance is less than it should be. They did not tell me this until the work was finished. I have a battery backed-up sump pump or I would have been upset. Third. The furnace start up was very noisy. When I had the yearly service I mentioned it and the guy put in a smaller nozzle and now it's as quiet as can be. Wish I mentioned it earlier. About their service ....... terrific! The technician was great. Not only did he take care of the noise, I had a little issue with the thermostat and he spent a very long time getting it resolved. He really made every effort to make sure it was okay.
