I'll comment on each of the rating areas and then provide some general comments. Price: Anthony spent a lot of time walking through our home and evaluating what we needed in order to generate the estimate. This was not the least expensive estimate we received, but I decided to go with Anthony because he had a lot of ideas about colors and offered to meet with me separately to help pick some out. I appreciated that, even though I ultimately didn't go with his suggestion. Anthony painted the wordwork on the stairs but not the risers. When I inquired about that, he said it wasn't included in the estimated and offered to do it for $100. My suggestion is to be very specific about what you want to have done and make sure it's in writing. Or, Anthony should add exclusions to his estimates. Quality: Anthony and his crew did a great job painting the walls and repairing a few cracks we had in the walls and the ceiling. In my opinion, a little more prep could have been done on the trim and it was done a bit carelessly in a few areas. When I spoke to Anthony about this, he offered to come back and fix any issues I had. They did come back and fixed the areas I pointed out as well as some minor damage to some molding they had accidentally caused. I suggested to Anthony when I spoke with him that he do a more thorough quality check and he explained that's what the customer walk through was for. I think the walk through is important and I know nobody is perfect, but I think some of the things I pointed out could have been identified and corrected in advance of the walk through. Responsiveness: Initally I was disappointed in Anthony's responsiveness via email and I almost didn't select him because if it. After I had scheduled the estimate, I emailed to confirm and I never heard back until that day when he called to apologize and ask if it was still okay to come. I also had one other delay in getting an email reply. During the job itself, Anthony was good about communicating via phone and text. Punctuality: The morning we were to meet to look at colors, Anthony asked to move our appointment back a few hours. I also asked if he could come a little early on the first day of the job to meet with my husband. Anthony texted that he was stuck in traffic. Professionalism: Anthony was always polite when interacting with me and provided explanations when I asked quesitons. He takes his Angie's List rating and referrals seriously and strives to listen to his customers' concerns. I liked it that he wore shoe covers when he came to do the estimate. It showed respect for our property. General comments: The job was fairly big and was completed within several days. I didn't have to wait that long to get on the schedule. I trusted Anthony and his crew alone in our home while we were at work. They did a reasonable job cleaning up, but there was a lot of dust created from the sanding. There were a few minor issues, like damage to the molding which was repaired and some minor indentation to our hard wood floor in the kitchen when the refrigerator was slid for painting. I would consider using Anthony again, but I might get estimates from other painters too. I gave an A as an overall score, but my experience was between an A and a B. I chose A because of Anthony's willingness to try and make things right and make sure I was happy.

Anthony came for estimate when he said he would and also very prompt with showing up for the job. All 3 workers were extremely professional. I would most definetly call them again

Anthony and his team were great. We had concerns with lead in the house and they prepped the house as best they could. We were only able to use them for one day, but they accomplished much more than we thought and they helped us move into our home even sooner than we thought. They arrived promptly and were very professional and courteous.

Anthony was very responsive from the first scheduling of a walk through to fitting in our job the following week. We had just refinished our hardwood floors and decided we would paint before moving furniture back so it was important to do the job right away. Anthony kept me in the loop daily on progress. We had orginally wanted some wall paper removed in the closets but asked for an alternative since that process would be timeconsuming and more expensive. Anthony offered another solution and went beyond that to ensure the outcome was exceptional. The crew took care with our newly refinished floors and we had virtually no clean up. I'm very pleased with the outcome and the overall process.

This is the second time we hired Anthony to do some interior painting in our home. Just like the first time, the guys were prompt and professional in completing the job which was for our sunroom. They had to fix the cracks and holes in the plaster on the walls and ceiling, prep all walls, windows, doors and woodwork and then paint the room. And they got it all done before the Xmas holiday.They did an excellent job just as they did the first time to our home. I would definitely recommend Anthony for the job.

The painting staff did an excellent job. They were quiet and worked diligently throughout the job. Every one of the staff was well-mannered and helpful. Our office suite looks like new. The price was very competitive and well-worth the job done. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others for commercial and residential work.

There is no way that I can express what a fabulous experience I had working with this company. I have hired many contractors over the past 20 years, including whole house remodels, and I must say that Anthony Lebo is now at the top of my list. The professionalism that Anthony showed is amazing for such a young man. Do not let his relatively young age scare you away ... he is a pro through and through. Four people were on the job for 2 weeks and they were always prompt. The team spend a lot of time protecting my home by using rosin paper on my marble floors (then topped with plywood) and shielded other rooms, cabinets, banisters etc... with plastic before beginning their work. In addition, they moved my furniture to the center of the rooms they were working in and protected the furniture with plastic. They were pleasant to be around and left my home in great shape each night before they left. They also did some extra work for me and charged me very little extra to do it. I have already hired them to paint the outside of my home in the spring. This guy is a slam dunk.

Amazing. The gentleman who came to my home for 8 hours to paint trim and doors was very polite, educated and friendly. He painted much more trim and doors than I had expected. My home looks so much better with brighter trim and doors. He did so much so fast that I actually sent him home early. I will use this company again.

I purchased a Big Deal for Anthony Lebo to provide a painter for a day, but we had a very big painting job. I had several painters come out to provide estimates. Anthony was professional, courteous, punctual and provided a lot of information about how he and his painters would do the work. I felt like he was very capable. When his estimate came in, it was very detailed. I asked for some changes, which he was happy to provide. We ultimately chose to go with someone else, but Anthony Lebo was our second choice and I would recommend his company.

We are recent members of Angie's List and decided to take advantage of a coupon for 8 hours of painting. Prior to the service date Mr. Lebo was patient with our need to reschedule the work on more than one occasion. When the service was performed, the painter arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. The painter was courteous, professional and cleaned-up thoroughly before leaving. Best of all, the amount of painting completed was exactely the amount we thought could be done. EXAMPLE OF WORK QUALITY: We taped the hardwood floors around the baseboards, but not the walls as their painting is the next project. The painter never asked about the walls but did inquire whether he should also avoid paint on the tape. We assured him that we placed the tape on the floor for the very purpose of allowing the painter this margin for error. At the end of the job there was some paint on the tape, and none on the floors or walls. We are extremely pleased with the work performed and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others. In fact, we scheduled them for an estimate on the walls.

I purchased for $239 an Angie's list deal where you got 1 painter for 8 hour day to to trim work. The day before they came to start painting (I had two painters at 4 hours each) I decided I wanted the entire bedroom done, not just the trim work which was what the special was for. Anthony was very responsive, quoted me a price of $375 to finish (was less than 4 more hours with 2 guys) and worked me in to get job done the next business day so I wouldn't have the bedroom unusable for long. The painters did a nice job, were friendly and professional. I do wish I had been home to do the walk through upon them finishing the job because I did notice a couple of issues....a couple spills of paint on my rug and a few other small imperfections. My husband was home but he said they just left. I did not bother to call and express this dissatisfaction. But overall, it was a nice job. I did ask for a quote to do two more bedrooms, but just for the trim work only, not the walls, and was quoted $850 not including paint. While the job was better than satisfactory, I will look elsewhere for a few quotes first.

I had several estimates, and although Anthony's was not the lowest, I was impressed with his detailed SOW estimate and responsiveness. Israel, Jamie, and Jenna, the crew who did the work, were always prompt, informative, courteous and neat. The painting took longer than estimated due to damp weather, so they even came on Sunday to finish up. The dry wall around the kitchen window had water damage. Jamie replaced the sill and the damaged dry wall and sprayed disinfectant on the rot from water damage. He took great care in repairing that damage. They also repaired damage around the shower in the bathroom and successfully covered the wedgewood blue trim trim in my living room with white, something that really concerned me. Since I was also getting new carpeting, they cut out the old carpet around the trim to make sure they painted all the trim in case the new carpeting would be a different height. The carpeting has been installed and it looks like a totally different place. I'd definitely use Anthony Lebo Painting again.

Overall we had a great experience with Anthony and his crew. They were professional and very detail oriented, and are happy with the final product. There were a few hiccups along the way-- it took quite a bit longer than we thought. There were some difficult aspects to the job, including cabinetry which caused the bottleneck.

Anthony's crew, Israel and Dale arrived as promised by 8am on the first day. They were very professional and courteous in introducing themselves and explaining the process that they would be doing starting that day. They had to remove all the wallpaper from both floors of the house in the hallways and that was certainly not an easy job as there was several layers on some walls and others were painted over. It took them a good two days to complete this part of the work. As time went on they proceeded to seal the walls and then prepare them to be fixed and skim coated over the repairs. They did a great job with the walls considering the numerous cracks and peeling of the plaster. They made sure to take the extra time so that everything was done right and then had us make sure that we were satisfied with the work before continuing. They proceeded to finish all of the repairs and begin to paint the walls with the first coat of paint. A few problems arose with one of the walls and they took extra time to correct that instead of just continuing. The woodwork was prepped and then completed for all doors, windows, moulding, etc. There was a lot to do and they did a great job and they kept us informed at all times. All care was taken to make sure the dust was kept to a minimum and out of other rooms. They cleaned up everyday after they were done. The colors look great on the walls and they even recommended extending an accent color on to a wall that we did not think of. It really made a difference. As a final touch we have an old style doorbell with the pipes that hang down and they took the cover off of that and painted it to match the woodwork. That was a nice surprise and just goes to show the thought and effort of their work. When they were finished they cleaned up all areas of the house including mopping the wood floors from the dust. We are glad that we chose Anthony to do the work and Israel and Dale are an asset to his company. We trusted them in our home while we were not present during the day and they locked up when they were done if we were not home before they left. The job even took a few extra days than they had planned but that was because they wanted it to be done right the first time and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Anthony and his crew and the work shows that he wants the customer to be happy. We will definitely use their services again as other rooms need to be painted. I hired Anthony Lebo initially to paint the inside of my house. His team did an excellent job and were always professional and on time. So much so that I hired him to paint the entire exterior of my three story single home. Anthony supervised every aspect of the job and performed much of it himself. I received countless compliments from neighbors and guests. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and would definitely use this company again for my home.
