They arrived very promptly. Removed old furnace and installed new Lenox gas furnace. Also installed new programmable thermostat and explained how it works. Cleaned up as if they were never here. Excellent communication and service. Would hire again.

We first called Horizon and they came out and told me to replace the individual parts they thought were broken would be a waste of money and tried to upsell me on buying an entirely new heating system. We then called Turtle and they came the next day, evaluated problem and said it was a faulty circuit board. They ordered and replaced bad part in two days for $300. Very satisfied with their work and honesty. System has worked well the entire winter.

The whole thing went smoothly. The technician replaced my old water heater with a brand new gas water heater. It only took about 2 and a half hours to complete the whole thing. Nothing to complain about.

From the first contact thru the registration of the new equipment (post installation) it was a pleasure to work with Victoria. She was quick to respond both by phone and email and addressed all of my many questions and concerns. Anton came to examine the system, provide the pricing, apply for the township permits and did the actual installation. Of the three quotes I obtained Turtle Tech was the lowest and the only one where the person who provided the quote also did the installation (this was important to me). The installation went smoothly and was performed in a sequence that insured we were not without air conditioning or hot water either day. They cleaned up after themselves and covered the carpets too. Most of all I appreciated that Anton answered all of our questions and quickly addressed any concerns we had.

We found Turtle Tech Inc from Angie's list for replacing my home's heating & AC units. A nice technician visited my home by schedule, and provided very detailed and informational estimates for all possible combinations. Finally, we hired them. The two technicians came my home for installing the new units. They worked very efficiently and completed replacement in one day with very good quality service.

Friendly and courteous. Gave a demo on how to use the product and what to do if something goes wrong.

The Turtle Tech removed our old defective Bryant furnace and installed the new Lennox furnace. Also replace the old analog thermostat with a Honeywell digital. The technicians tested the system; everything worked well.

Provider checked and informed us it is likely that the system is failing and there is a leak somewhere internally. Topped off refrigerant, poked around the unit, and wrote up some recommendations which mostly pointed at need to replace major parts and system itself eventually. AC started to fail shortly after the service again. This time we used a recommended acquaintance, master tech. He immediately found a BLATANT leak on outside pipe which he was easily able to show us. He then welded the leaking area, upgraded a smaller piece (forget name) and AC runs like new. He did say it has maybe 2-3 years left, but it certainly was SIGNIFICANTLY more productive of a visit than the AL-recommended provider. Plus it cost only another $150 and not because of "friendly prices". Overall experience: marginal C.

I've had my system for about five years, and it needed cleaning. Regular maintenance was not really addressed when I had the system installed, but I could tell the components were dirty so I started looking for solutions. This company had an Angie's Big Deal when I started looking; so I purchased the deal. I was surprised to find that they had appointments for a Saturday. And they had appointments quickly. I think they came the week following my purchase of the big deal. They arrived on time, took the system apart, and cleaned all the components. I think it took a couple of hours. I've been very pleased with the unit. It was working when they came, but it had made some noise. The noise is gone, and I can see that it is clean. I will definitely have them clean the other two units.

Everything went smoothly, from the initial call, estimates, updates to estimates (due to me changing the request), scheduling of the work, and the work itself. Completely professional in all of our interactions and in the quality of the work that was performed - I would definitely hire them again if needed.

Very happy with this deal. Contractor came right out on time, finished quickly, cleaned up, explained how to work the new unit etc. Not a bad thing to say at all. Very impressed.

They were on time, did what needed to be done to get the AC up and running and recommended what we will eventually have to do to this old system

What a joke, took them all day to get here, now I know why they are called "turtle". After another day with no heat, the tech told us he couldn't do the repairs, "our liability insurance doesn't cover propane burning equipment". Really????? Thanks for nothing, literally. At least they didn't have the nerve to charge us for a service call.

Timely, clean installation and no surprises. Everything was as promised.

Called the provider around 9:30 pm on Monday 11/17 to schedule an appointment for the following day. Victoria answered and transferred to the on call technician who explained the basic troubleshooting instructions over phone and asked to call back if the problem isn't fixed. I called back to schedule an appnt for the following day. Technician arrived on time and the problem is fixed. Happy with the service provided and would definitely use them again.

I would like to recommend Turtle Tech to install your new high efficiency boiler. I had a great experience with the company from communications to the bare minimum of cleanliness. First they came in and reviewed with me all the details of the installation and what they recommend as far as boilers and BTU's needed etc. I used to own a construction company but the plumbers that I used to use were not available or out of business so I decided to join Angie’s List and find a reputable company to replace my old oil boiler with a new high efficiency gas boiler. I contacted 6 different contractors which only 5 showed up, 2 of them the prices were exorbitant and the decision came down to 3 contractors, of course including Turtle Tech. The 3 came out again and since I have been in the business of construction I wanted to do the preparation of the area myself to make it easier for the installers and save a lot of money. So 1 of them would not work with me, they wanted to do it all, so down to 2. The reason I decide to go with TT was because the feeling I got from their knowledge and presence, so is fair to say I flipped the coin... I decided to purchase one of the recommended boilers that they offered and studied the installation manual thoroughly to make sure we had all the components needed in the piping to make this boiler work correctly. So in between their knowledge and studying the manual, they ordered everything and came in to install it a week later. They worked for 2 days and made it look like a work of art. They were quiet and clean and did a terrific job. Now I decided to do one of my rentals next year with the same unit and I will definitely call them to do the job.

I have been putting off getting a new water heater for over a year. I finally bit the bullet. I found an Angie's List deal from Turtle and figured I would give it a shot. Even tho when ordering it wouldn't let me pick a weekend, I made a comment about needing a weekend installation. Within 2 hrs of the purchase I got a call confirming my order AND letting me pick a Saturday! Order was placed on a Tuesday and by Saturday I had a new water heater. Anton and his partner came on time, were respectful of the house, and we're done within an hour!! Although the water heater brought was a short one and not a tall, it fits perfectly and there were no issues. I am extremely happy and will probably be asking them to do some more things in the future.

Although Anton was stuck in traffic and arrived a little late, the receptionist (I think Veronica) was most efficient and kept up to date. He then carefully inspected both the A/C and furnace and did whatever tune-up was required. Very professional...

As usual, Anton was courteous and very professional. He quickly figured out what needed to be done and finished doing the repair of the drainage system in about 15 minutes. His manner is always pleasant. We appreciate his willingness to be available for service help, as well as installation. The AC-heater he installed for us in December has lowered our electric bill by 1/3 because it is so efficient. He was apparently not planning to charge us for this repair because the AC-heater was installed less than a year ago. I was embarrassed to think I would not at least pay for the gas for his truck for this service call, so I gave him gas money.

Great service. Took the time to explain every thing that was being done and how the guy that serviced the unite before goofed up.

We're so happy with the way Turtle Tech handled our dilemma with our broken central A/C unit. Let me start with what triggered the work. About 2~3 weeks ago, we powered up the A/C as the heat of the summer begins. Upon turning the unit on, it started turning on and off. We had a contractor come out and see if our unit is repairable. The contractor (not TT) looked and said that the board for the unit is shot, and that there's no way to get or buy a replacement part. Essentially the unit is dead. From there we asked to get an estimate. We got an estimate from about 4 HVAC contractors and their estimate ranged from expensive to ridiculously expensive. We were already loosing hope and was planning on installed window unit AC for the rest of the summer since the problem is a last minute problem and we really didn't have much reserve. Turtle Tech came up on my search for HVAC contractors since they're offering an AngiesList Deal for A/C and furnace replacement. We didn't buy the deal since we didn't need replacement of furnace. We contacted them and Victoria answered very pleasantly. I had plead to have someone come out and give us a honest and fair price estimate, they had someone come the same day. Anton came and inspected our current unit, and by the end of the day, we got a formal estimate through email. Their price is the lowest and the most fair so we went ahead and agreed with having the work done through them. This was on a Monday @ 11pm, they don't sleep I guess! We were told that if their schedule goes ahead of time they might be able to put us in for the work that same Saturday. The did work out the schedule and come Saturday, Anton and another worker came and started the work. They're very efficient and didn't bother us at all while performing the work. They finished around 5-6PM and showed us real quick what was done. The unit itself was very quiet and worked as expected for a replacement central A/C unit. I must also express that our air handler is located in a non-livable attic, where you can't stand up inside since it's probably about 4-5 ft high?! So the guys were working and sweating like it's nobody's business but we didn't hear any complains at all :), Overall, we're very happy with their work and glad to have gone with them with this particular job.

This service was purchased from The Duct Guys. They sent Turtle Tech to perform the install. Two techs arrived around 11:00 AM. They removed the old furnace and air conditioner, then installed the new equipment, along with all additional wiring and equipment that was needed. The whole job took around 6 hours, they took away all the old equipment and left the basement and back yard cleaner than it was when they got there. The performance of this Lennox equipment is amazing! The house quickly goes to any temperature we set the thermostat to. No more compressor running non-stop until it overheats and still not cooling the house. I can't wait to see the next electric bill. We are extremely happy. I would highly recommend Turtle Tech for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Got the Air Conditioning System preventive Maintenance Check up. Tech came out did a whole unit inspection..before he came my unit was not blowing cold air...after he left its working beautiful..Nice guy explained everything to me. I would use this company again. Did not know he had to go into attic which is inside a cramp closet..he was patient and helped me move the stuff out..then he had to go into other attic entrance and that closet was worse then the first one..but the tech was nice about it and helped me move the clothes no problem... he did his thing..checked outside..I would say he was there a good hour...air is blowing nice and cold.

I contacted Turtle Tech after checking some reviews and talked to a woman who ran the office. She was knowledgeable about their availability, the water heaters they stocked, and the estimated price. I requested a different (longer warranty) model, and got an estimate for that. The work was scheduled for the next day. Everything was done in one phone call and a return phone call from her. The next day, the tech (Anton) showed up on time. He had obtained the requested water heater and brought it with him. He disconnected the old one (I had drained it), wrestled it up the very narrow basement stairs, and took it away. He installed, connected, and tested the new one and showed me how to operate it. I paid the estimated price by check. I had checked prices, and their price for the water heater and work was more than fair. They were able to get it done quickly, the work was done right, and the area was cleaned up when he left. I was completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

They were identified by our home warranty to do service for us and it turned out that they were going to wind up charging us a lot more than we would have needed to pay for what needed to be done. They told us the hot water heater that we had was no longer covered under warranty so it would cost us the full price of a new hot water heater. We wound up contracting it out of Home Depot and the gentlemen that came out from Home Depot actually found out that our existing hot water heater was still under warranty and so we did not have to pay the full price for a new hot water heater. So Turtle Tech obviously did not do a thorough review once they came to the house to determine what the cost was going to be and then after that they were really trying to rush us because they had other bigger jobs that they needed to do. It just didn’t seem that they wanted to work with us and put us first. They were just worried about everything else that they had to get done. They obviously did not do a thorough job to ensure that we were paying what we should have to pay.
