Excellent- very information folks, also showed us how to tell if water tank. Reds replacement - it did and got that done as well. Reasonable price, job well done & nice people. Highly recommend!

The job went smoothly and the system is working just as they explained. Sam and Clark are very knowledgeable about water softner systems and communicate in a way that was easy to understand, they took the time to explain how the system works and what they were going to do. We are very pleased with the system and their work. We will be contacting them for all of our water softner needs. Their work is outstanding.

The experience our family had with The Watercleaner was completely unlike most I've had when dealing with other service companies. These guys are passionate about water and they couldn't hide it if they tried. In our case, we were dealing with Sam, the owner. I can't recommend him highly enough. He showed up on time, smiling, and immediately made us feel good. After an inspection, he gave us an impressively thorough education on my existing water system and township water supply. He also ran some tests on our drinking water - the results horrified my wife and I. We decided to have them install a whole house water softening/purifying system AND a reverse osmosis drinking water system. Amazing. I get to feel the difference every single day. Our showers are better, our clothes are cleaner and I'll never buy another bottle of water again if I can help it. The difference was immediate. I honestly had no clue what I was missing. All we knew was that our water often smelled like chlorine and that wasn't good. Sam took it from there. After the Watercleaner, I'll literally never look at water the same again. The peace of mind it gives me when I see my family and pets drinking our home water is invaluable. My only word of caution.... The Watercleaner system(s) MIGHT make you a water snob. Haha. We now take our own water just about everywhere we go!

They really went way above and beyond the other contractors I spoke to to make sure I understood why they were recommending this specific system and how it worked. Install was quick, clean, and they were available to answer questions I had about programming well after they had completed the job. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a water treatment system.

Our experience with The Water Cleaner was incredible from start to finish. The knowledge that Sam, the owner, has on the topic of water and water quality is second to none. It’s rare to find someone who is truly passionate about what they do and when you find that person, you know you are going to have a great experience and Sam was that rare find. We went with The Water Cleaner to install a chlorine removal and water softening system for the house and reverse osmosis for our kitchen sink. Sam was at our house twice, once for the initial consultation and then again for the install. We have very tight and limited extra space in our house to contain what we were looking to install, but Sam did an amazing job configuring our setup and figuring out how to install the system to get what we really wanted without sacrificing any component. It was not an easy thing to solve, but his creativeness and resolve ultimately persevered. Once the install was complete, we’ve needed to reach out to Sam a couple times as we are learning the system and his response time, thus far, is practically immediate or within a few hours and the responses themselves are as thorough as one could hope. All in all, the process of the install was a pleasure and the post service responsiveness is beyond a expectations of many service providers.
