They showed up on time, got to work right away. They weren't able to use the crane because of the electrical and telephone wires, so they had their tree climber climb the trees, cut the limbs, threw them down to the ground crew, who them put them through the mulcher. The cleaned up all the debris, limbs, leaves, etc.. The are absolutely great. Will use again, and can't wait for my new landscape miniature bushes.

They might not be the least expensive around but I have tried others that were cheaper and I wasn't satisfied. I am happy with the work they did for me. They are professional and my yard was cleaned up very well.

Competitively priced, arrived and removed trees as promised. Stump grinding and site repair was delayed by weather and other projects. Repeated phone calls needed to reschedule. Except for delays in returning phone calls, I am very happy with the work was done. All staff were courteous and professional. In the end, the outcome was better than I had anticipated.

I dealt with Ken LeRoy and overall Ken was very good. He was responsive, friendly and fair. I would recommend Shades of Green for any tree removal needs.

Charlie came to the house, look everything over. Gave an estimate on the spot with options for other possible work. Within a week and a half of the order, his crew came and did the job and cleaned up nicely. Good servikce at a reasonable price.

I called to cancel the appointment and rescheduled. They didn't show up for the other appointment and the next day they called and apologized. I did call back when I could reschedule, but I never got another call to set up another appointment.

IN THE INITIAL CONSULTATION MIKE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPERIENCED. WE WERE TOLD WORK WOULD START ON MONDAY, CREW DIDN'T COME UNTIL TUESDAY. THE TREE WAS IN A CORNER OF THE YARD DIFFICULT TO ACCESS. THE CREW DRAGGED THE PIECES AND DEBRIS ACROSS THE YARD TO THEIR TRUCK, LEAVING A LONG PATH OF TORN-UP GRASS. MIKE CAME BACK AND PUT DOWN GRASS SEED A FEW DAYS LATER, THOUGH ONE CALL ABOUT THIS WENT UNANSWERED. CREW REMOVED MUCH MORE THAN ANTICIPATED, LOOKS GREAT THOUGH. LEFT SOME NOT-INSIGNIFICANT PILES OF WOOD CHIPS AND RUTS IN THE LAWN, BUT NOTHING UNEXPECTED. OVERALL A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

ARBORIST, KEN LEROY,WAS VERY KNOWLEGABLE ABOUT SPECIFIC QUALITIES OF THE TREES AND GAVE A THOROUGH ASSESSMENT OF THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, WELL ORGANIZED, AND EFFICIENT. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK AS REQUESTED AND CLEANED UP ALL TRIMMINGS AND BRANCHES.

MIKE DOES GREAT WORK. HIS WORKERS CLEAN UP AND ARE VERY POLITE. HIS PRICES ARE TERRIFIC.
