I purchased the service on 7 June 2017, yet, the work hasn't been completed even after their company asked for my availability and place where the work would be conducted on 14 June 2017. I want nothing to do with this company and want a full refund due to the unprofessional manner in which I have been treated.

Horrible, none of the pet stains were removed. Unlike the last time I used Angie when that company was able to clean 4 rooms beautifully. I would stay away from this company. They were nice in all other respects - just couldn't get the job done.

Well done - left rather wet. He uses a brush to really clean the carpet before he uses the steam cleaner and it really helps.

This is the second time I have used this company. Their work is outstanding, in that they get my carpets cleaner than any other company I have used.

The man was on time, dressed professionally, and was very personable. He assessed the work area to be done and immediately set about the task. The work was accomplished much more quickly than I had anticipated. He left the house and carpet immaculate. All of the stains I wasn't sure would come out... did. Very happy with the company, service, fee, and especially the employee.. whose name I asked twice and regret I still forgot (Mea Culpa). Thank you.

Carpets were cleaned but took five day to dry. I was told it would take only 8 to 24 hours. Also, the stains came back after the carpet dried. The area of the carpet that had been previously covered by an area rug and was not dirty looked worse after cleaning. I was told that the stains could not come out of the worn area in front of my sons bedroom door, but I was able to get the stain out using my personal carpet cleaner and some heavy traffic foam cleaner.

He was saying the carpets stayed wet longer than normal. They did clean them very nicely, and deodorized them nicely, but they stayed wet longer. We haven't had the experience that it stayed wet longer than twenty four hours. The pricing was excellent. They came out when he wanted them to come out. They were professional is terms of interactions. They were professional. They made sure to wear the little booties. They were very professional. I was here when they did the work. We would have to tell them you have to not leave our carpets damp.

He was very attentive to detail and very respectful. Showed extreme care in his work. Only reason I wouldn't use this company again is that it's based in South Jersey limiting flexibility in timing.

The man was very professional and performed the services under the time they said they would be there. I have used them before and they are always punctual and I am always satisfied with their services.

Did not do a good job , could do better

Technician called ahead to advise of his arrival, showed up right on time, got straight to work, worked continuously until finished, and did a very nice job. Explained everything, and got the stubborn stains out. Extremely pleased.

They did a great job, were on time and professional. I would definately recommend and would use again.

1 gentleman completed the service. He was here about an hour, maybe longer. He was very nice. I had no problem with him.

I use Angie's list all the time and I've never had this happen before. I would use Angie's list again however I would never recommend this company
