Live by the Brush LLC Professional Carpet Cleaners

On the first visit which was 10/16/17. They only cleaned one room instead of the entire apartment. I was not aware of this until people who came to view the apartment as potential tenants refused to consider my place because the carpets were filthy. I called them and they forgot about the 2 room carpet special I had paid for, so they only cleaned one room. They came back today 11/15/17 to clean the rest of the rooms and he had a major bad attitude. He even left the apartment without telling me so that I could come downstairs and lock the doors. He went into my personal mail box and left the invoice I asked for. I am 70 years old, and he was so disrespectful. I would never hire these people again.

Once we got communication started (Angie's List website said they would contact us to set up a time from a preselected date, the company didn't call us and when we called, they did not know that they were supposed to call us), it was excellent. The gentleman assigned to do our job was able to arrive early and when we were not available for the earliest time, he waited patiently. The job was done quickly and well. They were wet until the next day, but the house smelled amazing!

A little water from the bucket dripped on the floor and they cleaned up everything right away. They did an excellent job, They are professional and very efficient.

I can't praise Live by the Brush Professional Carpet Cleaners and their excellent technician, Marc Highsmith enough. He is a true professional. Marc arrived on time, and went straight to work. My carpets look great. I will definitely use this company again next year.

Carpet looked exactly the same after he finished. Only when over the carpet once with wand, it did not clean the carpet...just left it wet! Sears did a much better job for only $79, that's what I get for trying save $20.

Better than I could have wished for. I called at 5pm frantic to have the carpet cleaned the next day. By the brush arrived on time prepared, prepped did the work. removed stains and was impressed by the professional punctuality.

Service was punctional and very professional. He did a good job but I wish he could have gotten the carpets cleaner located next to the corners and molding in the rooms.

Overall, it was okay. Not superb, not that bad. Some stains couldn't be removed, and after shampooing, the carpet smells..

Carpet was old and not well maintained so results were not excellent due to it's condition. Got what I paid for.

These guys were great in every respect. They called promptly to set up an appointment, made a day before courtesy reminder call, arrived ahead of schedule. The carpet technician, Marc, did a great job and a number of soiled areas disappeared - also whatever the cleaning solution he used in the equipment left the rooms smelling fresh. I would recommend Live By The Brush without hesitation.

Very quick response, and got us in the next day. Arrived early, and was very professional even when having to work around contractor installing hard wood flooring in another part of house. Very reasonable price and did a great job! Would definitely hire again.

Did an excellent job. Took care of our home as if it were his own. Personable, but stayed focused on the work at hand. Completed work in a timely manner, but took time to ensure areas that needed additional attention did so.

The person arrived early and wast very responsive. The carpet looks better. Though i can still see some spot which looks like carpet is not cleaned.
