Excellent. Have used before. As always received call night before to confirm time. Called in am and able to come sooner that original time. Prompt, courteous, worked hard, and managed to remove some ugly stains from my living room carpet. Also cleaned 3 bedrooms, dining room, 13 steps, hallway, dining room as well as living room. Looks great!!

Marc did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in my apartment as I was moving out. He was able to start about 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment (called to see if earlier would work for me - and it did). The carpets were thoroughly cleaned and extra attention was given to some harder wear spots. And Marc was flexible to work with and around the cleaning crew that was also in my apartment at the same time finishing up the bathrooms and kitchen. I would definitely recommend Live by the Brush to others!

Marc was professional and on time. In fact he was early, but did call to let me know he would be early and asked if that was ok. Most service companies give you a 2-4 hour range that you can expect them. Marc gave me a specific time. He did a great job, including hand scrubbing the heavily soiled areas.

Super fast and efficient. It was during craziness just before thanksgiving with guests arriving and contractors working. Live by the brush did our son’s smelly carpet and it dried in time for the holiday! Now guests could enjoy that space and my son stopped complaining. Thank you!

The person who contacted me to schedule and I played phone tag for a few days. It was at least partially my fault, and he didn't give up on reaching back out. The appointment was made at my convenience. The tech was on time and extremely professional. He was very upfront that he didn't think he would be able to clean my shag carpet successfully. It is better, but by no means clean. The other room was quite successful. I don't get my carpets cleaned often (part of the problem I guess) but I would definitely contact them again based on the good customer service and the great price.

Liked the tech, the carpets looked clean........but don't expect your carpets to dry anytime soon.
