Carpet was noticeably cleaner. There were still some spots where the stains didn't completely come up but I attribute that more to the stain and not the services provided.

Scheduling was seamless . I did get a phone call reminder and text message alerts before the appointment. The Technician , Walter Pitchford arrived within the appointment window time. He did help me move a few heavy pieces of furniture prior to starting the Job . I made it easier by getting as much clutter off of all the rugs in each room ahead of time . Everything went well and even a few old pet stains came up . A Much more thought job that other services I had used in years past. I'd definitely recommend them and hire them again.

Small business so it was hard to get a hold of them. But we worked it out and they did a great job. I look forward to having them clean our carpets once a year.

It went very well. The technician was very professional, he explained what was to be done, he told me what to do while the carpets were drying, he left my carpets damp not soaking wet, got up the next early the next morning the carpets were dry and looking good. I am very pleased

The folks at Live by the Brush were great. I ended up having to cancel two appointments because of scheduling conflicts. Walt responded to every phone call very quickly, he answered questions regarding preparations I needed to do before they came (i.e., moving furniture) and rescheduling was easy. Marc, who actually performed the work, was punctual and professional. He answered all my questions also. He did the work quickly and the carpets look fantastic. The whole experience was great.
