Everything came out great. Walter was very nice and very professional.

I provided them with 3 separate dates that we were available. They didn't respond through Angie's List or through email. I also called and left a message with my phone number and asked for a call back and they did not respond so i have cancelled the purchase and am going to use another company.

I had five areas cleaned and all were done well

The service man arrived a few minutes early so yes they were punctual, he came in explained what he was going to do and then went about his business. He was neat and cleaned the rugs and was gone. Did a GREAT JOB

Walter gave his honest opinion that the carpet needs to be replaced rather than cleaned as it is old.I decided not to have them cleaned and I very much appreciate his honesty.

This is not your regular cleaning guy. He is very Courteous, timely and did a thorough job. He went out of his way and added the hallway and dining area at no additional cost.

Marc did a really good job. He spent extra time on some spots to get out extra dirty areas. My carpets look great.

He did a very good job. And it was quick. There were two negatives: 1) he was one hour late and I was not yet living there so it really messed up my schedule for the evening. He did call though and he was very apologetic. 2) there was a strong bad odor that came from the equipment as he was shampooing carpet. Carpets looked very good.

The technician arrived early to check out the situation. At one point he discovered that the electricity was out in the living room and he went to the basement, which was also in the dark, and reset the breaker. Finally, at the end of the visit we discovered that he graduated from Trenton High School in 1999, the same year I retired after teaching 30 years there.

We are SO pleased. Walter was on time, polite, and professional. The work was amazing. He was very knowledgeable. Every room turned out beautiful. We will definitely be using him in the future!

They arrived on time and were very professional. The serviceman worked extra **** ** some stains in the rug and the final outcome was excellent! I would and will use them again for rug cleaning and highly recommend them.

The technician showed up on time and performed the service very well and appeared to be courteous. I am very happy with the service provided. Later on, I saw the the cleaned carpet started to wrinkle and got worried, so I called and left message for them. Walter called me at night as promised, and explained to me that it was probably due to the fact that the carpet was still wet. It was true as the carpet restored to be flat the next day when it became dry. So, overall, I am very happy with this service provider and will use it again in the future.

The service was great, punctual and well-priced but I am surprised that the carpet was not treated with a Scotch Guard finish...
