The company is out of Pennsylvania (we live in northern Jersey). The technician was very friendly and prompt. Services performed neatly. No mess. I saw him use a large "buffer"-type machine to spin a solvent (detergent?) into the carpet before it was steam cleaned. The steam and suction was then applied. My carpets were damp for days, even with central air and fans. There seemed to be a residue on the carpets (sticky when walking barefoot). I called another (local) company to redo the carpets (ChemDry). The carpet was dry in 24 hours and the stickiness is gone. Cost me $255 to redo the work I got via Angie's List.

We have used Lived By the Brush before. He is always on time, goes over everything that needs to be done and the house always smells refreshing when he is done. I like the clean "patterns" left on the carpets as well. We receive text messages days I advance demi ding us of the appointment and another one after he is done. He is one of THE best small business owners I know.

Most stains have reappeared and stretched area still has crease. Service tech was very nice however and did say that the LR carpet material was hard to clean. Had already paid through Angies List so still had work done. Carpet in back 2 BR's is different and looked great initially, but stains have come back.

Walter showed up on time, was professional, and exceeded my expectations. Prior to the work, I was convinced that my tenant destroyed the carpets beyond repair. Walter worked miracles and was able to get all the stains out. My experience with this company was seamless, and I would absolutely use this company again.

He arrived early so worked around me while I completed vacuuming doing spot work as I finished.

I wasn't home when they did the work. I had a friend stay at my place to let them in while I went to work. When I got home and saw my room I almost passed out. It was spotless - - completely fresh and clean. The only remaining flaw in my carpet was a cigarette burn. All the blush and lipstick and soda and just plain dirt and grime was outta there. They did an amazing job.

Excellent have booked another cleaning for next week (May 2017) At this price, hard to pass up.

Walter was prompt in contacting me to set up the appointment. Mark was the technician who came and actually did the work. I give an A++ to this company and encourage other members to give them a try. I can't be complimentary enough! Mark was extremely punctual and professional. He has a great personality and did an amazing job with our carpets. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. After carpets were cleaned they looked practically new and they are really due to be replaced. I feel like we can now get a bit more life out of them!

The tech, Marc came early. Prepped the rooms / carpet with pre-cleaning materials. Then used a machine to steam out the dirt. Came up beautifully even though the carpets are easily 18 years old. He even exceeded my expectations by cleaning the top landing area too all within an hour. Would definitely use again.
