Crew showed up on time and knocked out the job quickly and without problems or delays.

It went well and quickly. The day before we emptied the rooms. That took us serious time and effort! He came in and did the cleaning work in roughly an hour. The cleaning really improved the look of the carpets.

It was difficult to get in touch with someone to schedule the work to get done. They were hesitant to confirm the appointment because I wanted to time int he late afternoon, this to me, was very peculiar. I called to confirm the day before, they confirmed then. Once they came, they were fast, polite, and did good work. After vacuuming a few days later, I noticed some spots reappear. So I guess the spots were too stubborn to come out, which is a bit disappointing. Working with the gentleman who cleaned the carpets was a pleasant experience.

He did a great job. Unfortunately, pet stains are hard to remove from a white carpet (theyhad set in).

He was unable to clean it properly due to the style of the carpet which he did not disclose prior to performing the job.

Wonderfully! Marc was the technician and he was completely professional, knowledgable, and thorough. He used a machine to loosen the pet hair in my shag carpet prior to cleaning, What a difference! He arrived a little early which worked well for me. He was here over an hour. The last company I used was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I am responding to the answer I was given to my review of Live By The Brush on June 13, 2017. I can't believe I did not see this!! I am so upset by this person's accusation!! Yes, I did have a coffee stain from a few years ago, which was the size of a grapefruit, which was taken care of, immediately, and only a shadow remained!! I attached a picture of what he did to my rug, it was brown all over on half the rug!!!! My stain was not half the rug!!! I cannot believe how he would lie about this!!! From the photo you can see that half the rug is all brown, which he ruined and the other half is ok. I have no idea what he did to this rug, but a picture speaks a thousand words!!!! He does not know a thing about oriental rugs and does not want to take responsibility for his mistake!!! Not a trustoworthy, ethical or honest person!!!!!

The carpeting was fair, very wet, took days to dry, left some stains. The oriental rug was ruined!!! He obviously does not have experience in this!! He sprayed a very harsh chemical on a small stain, barely visible, that had already been professionally cleaned a few years ago. The harsh chemical spread over different parts of the rug and ruined it badly. The soap was also too harsh for the delicate rug and ruined it all!! This was a very expensive rug and he does not want to replace it or give a substantial credit, so I can replace it!! I spoke to Angie's List and it sounds like the best they can do is guarantee to return what I paid for the cleaning. Cannot guarantee if they can recover cost of rug, or partial cost! My rug cost 20 times what I paid for the cleaning!! Awaiting for outcome. I feel that Angie's List has some responsibility and hope they will advocate for me, as he was on their list of provides. The owner came and cleaned the carpets himself. Very personable and polite. There was a text sent when the appointment was made and a reminder the night before. I am cautious about service people coming to my house that I don't know . I felt very comfortable with live by the brush. I will be using this service again
