Description of Work: Cleaned 2 bdrms, 2 floors of stair treads, 2 area rugs, 2 sofas, 3 chairs. Did a great job and was very willing to work out a time with my busy schedule.

Description of Work: I answered this by phone. We used an Angie's deal. Carpet cleaning to get rid of dog urine stains and strong odor. We did not like the sweet smell the day it was done, but it went away once the carpet dried and the urine smell is gone.

Description of Work: I saw the listing on Angies List and contacted the company before I placed the order. I asked Walter (owner?) Since I do not have carpet in my home except on the stairs and the hallway if I could have have that as one room and my area rug and sofa as the second and thirds rooms cleaned. He said yes but it would cost me an additional $35. Great. I scheduled the apt and when he came out he asked what he would be doing and I told him and he started writing things up on his board and then told me here is what this visit would cost. I said I have already paid for the service and he said no I said uh huh and showed him our emails and he said of you said sofa and this is a sectional and these cost more than sofas we charge this for sofas and that for sectionals. I said okay then I'm cancelling the service, he said would you like to me to do everything else, I said no Ill contact Angies list and that's what I did since he was not a man of his word and would not honor our contract, that was in writing that I showed him. He kept saying you said sofa and not sectional. Last time I checked it was indeed a sofa. Sectional sofa. He did arrive 30 minutes ahead of time and he was professionally dressed.

He called the day before to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, helped us move some furniture (which he did not have to do) and went right to work. He even agreed to clean an extra room for a reasonable price. The carpets look wonderful! We would definitely use this gentleman's services again.
