Description of Work: Live By the Brush was great! The owner and carpet cleaner (whose name I've since forgotten) was WONDERFUL! He shampooed and steamed all of the carpets in our house (including three stairways). The carpets look FANTASTIC! I would totally use him again and he gave me great suggestions on how to get pet stains/odors out in the future!

Was very professional.....great guy great service....carpets were wet when done and we were told this before service being preformed, maybe should of had it done in the spring when the widows could of been open to help dry......over all very satisfied....would use again no doubt.....

Description of Work: Walter called prior to arriving at our home and he arrived on time. Walter did a walk thru in our home to identify any stains in the carpets. He moved all the light furniture eg. chairs, piano bench etc. Every carpet in our home was thoroughly cleaned. Walter is a true professional and he does a great job!
