Time will tell if the rugs pick up soil quicker than before due to the mild soap residue. But from a price-performance stand point will definitely hire them again.

The guys came in and worked VERY hard to clean everything perfectly. They really went the extra mile and ensured it was all perfect. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Description of Work: The first time Walter did the job and it was great. The second person was late, did not call me proactive and then insisted under the couch was not included. I have asthma and allergies and our couches were easy to flip back as Walter had done. I had to call Walter when the other guy was leaving and he can back in after complaining. I was late to work and he left the carpet soaking wet from rushing and the basement smelled moldy for weeks. I would only agree to future visits with Walter

 + -1 moreVery punctual and polite. He was here for approximately 30 minutes. I had moved as much furniture as possible, and told him it wasn't necessary to move the computer desk or 2 armoires. No furniture was moved. I have had carpets cleaned throughout many years, and every time, most of the furniture is moved. This is the first time it wasn't. Another disappointing experience with an Angie's List recommended provider.
