After 2 years of trying to get someone to fix my front step, I met Jim at the local hardware store during this past winter.I knew the step could not be done till the weather got warmer, but Jim kept in contact because he knew I had had several bad experiences with people who said they would do the job and then never got back to me. Finally the weather turned and he came and did the job and I was extremely happy to see that awful looking hole in my front step gone. Although his jobs are usually large, he looked at my back deck that was 10 years old and had turned black and grey and suggested that it be power washed and then depending on what I wanted it to look like I could either apply a solid stain or just a water tight sealer. After the power washing I was amazed that the carmel color of the cedar wood had come back and opted to just put a sealer on. He came every day he used a brush and it was very professional.
Description of Work: Repair hole in front step. Power wash and seal back deck.
