Wow! This was a wonderful service. Gary brings old school, hands on skills that only come after years of experience. I thought I understood my mower and yet I learned so much from him on keeping it running. He cleaned the mower, checked components, replaced the filter and oil and spark pug, aligned the mower handles and sharpened the blade. Now that I am mowing the lawn, I am especially pleased with the tune up.

The service provider arrived on time and completely the work in a professional manner. The snowblower now starts up, which was not the case prior to the service being performed. Whether or not it will clear snow or works well will have to wait until the next snowfall now.

Great! Gary arrived right on time and got to work on the unit. We knew the snowblower needed more work than just a tune up and Gary made it clear upfront what was included in the service call and what was extra charge. We gave him the green light to do whatever needed to be done and he made the unit work like it was brand new. Gary was very fair on the charges for the extra work. Overall, a fantastic job and client experience. We highly recommend Housecall Mower.

People are always quick to leave comments for bad service but seldom reward good service with the same fervor. This is the why I am leaving this review. Snowblower would not start during Thursdays storm. Called Friday morning and got an appointment for that morning. Gary, the owner, arrived on time. He found the problem, a blocked carburetor, attempted to clean it but ended up replacing the carburetor. Snowblower up & running in about 1 ½ hours. He also gave me preventive maintenance tips above the manufacturers recommendation so this will not happen again. Very friendly, knowledgeable, fair priced and honest. Highly recommended!! Probably will not need to use it again this season but at least I will be ready.

Owner was professional and knowledgeable. He tuned up the unit and repaired some gears that were not working properly. I am glad I had the work done. It was long overdue.

The mower needed a lot of work, and I knew that going in. He came out on time and was very nice, he explained everything before he did the work. He made recommendations and very professional. I would use his services again and recommend him!

the snowblower was tuned up and he fixed the chute for directing snow (replaced a broken pin, which he supplied from his parts trailer). Came back the following week to tune up the riding lawn mower. Both now working great so hopefully that means we won't need the snow blower this year!

Gary showed up on time and after some time, he was able to get the machine working. His work is amazing! I would highly recommend him. I never expected that the work would be done at my house as I remember 45 years ago, my parents sending lawn equipment out to be serviced.

It went well. The mower started and ran well. However, the repairman took a filter I provided. Later I reviewed the ad and it mentioned that the filter and spark plug were provided as part of the service.

Despite my feeling cheated about proving the part he made lawn mower operational.

Appointment was set up easy. Did the work on the snow blower but needed additional work to correct a valve problem. He was able to take the snow blower with him to his shop for the additional work. I asked if he could do my lawn mower while he was out and he did it also. Very pleased and I plan on using his service for years to come.
