Description of Work: That is our annual service contract for spring turn on, summer check up, and fall shut off and blow out the system. This company installed my system in 2003 when I bought my house. I have been using them ever since.

+ -1 moreThey came out last year. They did what they said they were going to do and nothing was bad. They came when they said they would. They were reasonable compared to some of the other ones that I checked into.

+ -1 moreThis incident was the final straw that broke the camels back. We fired Garden irrigation, and have not regretted it for a second
Description of Work: Garden Irrigation had been taking care of our system for about a year. They were semi incompetent adjusting the sprinkler heads so the water reached all of our lawn, and we had to call them several times to come out and do a better job. We noticed that a lake was developing in part of our yard. We turned off the zone in the area where the water was escaping,, but that did not stop the leak. Garden said they thought that there was a break in a water line and wanted to dig up and replace the zone in question for several hundred dollars. We decided to seek a second opinion, and, as it turned out, the problem was due to a stuck valve that controlled the water going to that area.
