They gave me all the information I requested and answered all my questions. Showed me what should be corrected and gave me time to make up my mind after doing research. The installation was neat and on time. Explained how the softener worked and was not rushing to get done. He wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the installation of the water softener.

Vincent from Certified Water Services provided a free consult and promptly emailed an estimate of the services needed to correct our hard water problem, and eliminate the chlorine and other possible chemicals in our water. The quote was very reasonable as we had several other estimates from competitors for the same services for comparison. On the day of installation, he and his son arrived on time, were extremely respectful, courteous, and were very neat and clean in their workmanship. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and we were happy to use a local business. We would highly recommend Certified Water Services.

Victor and Patrick arrived on time and completed the installation in a timely manner. They were respectful, careful and cleaned up after themselves. They walked me through the operating instructions in detail and set up alerts to help me maintain the equipment going forward. Couldn't be happier with the service. We had experienced repeated problems with coliform bacteria in our well water. Patrick was guided us through our options on the phone and was very good about follow-up after water testing and response to our questions. Victor and his tech came to install the system, they were professional, knowledgeable and did an extremely clean installation. We would highly recommend Certified Water Services. I even did what I rarely dofor these kinds of services, called them after to thank them.

Like anyone, I debated what company to use, where to put the softener, how much I wanted to spend, etc. After getting a few estimates, I called Victor to discuss the plans and recommendations from the other companies. Easy decision to use CWS after that conversation. He gave me time, explanation and easily earned my trust. Installation day couldn't have gone better. The water is dramatically improved. The RO system makes everything taste better. In hindsight, it was a no-brainer. Victor and son did a great job. I would recommend Certified Water Services to everyone. Wonderful family/company to work with.

Okay, until provider finished and charged me double what was quoted on phone. Had to call company and get it straighten out. Finally sent a refund check.

From our initial phone call to Certified, we had a great experience. Patrick, Victor and Brandon have been wonderful-- examined what our problem ways, how it could be fixed and most importantly gave us peace of mind. My young daughter was sleeping while they were here, and they tip toes around. Really great service... I'm looking forward to seeing them again for the follow up next year!

I had a new water softener system installed in Dec 2013. The quote was higher because of some minor plumbing add-ons. Upon softener installation, there was no water in master bath. I called a plumber and realized that the pipe that Victor cut resulted in loss of water supply to master bath. Victor came next day, fixed the issue and also paid for the plumber visit. Overall we were very satisfied with the work. It has been two months now and so far the softener is working fine.

The job was done a few months ago. The water softening company I had used for 25 years were providing terrible service. I found Certified Water on Angie's List. The owner came out and gave me an estimate and also recommended another company to replace my water tank and piping, since it was 25 years old and the original installer had put in 3/4 inch pipes which was restricting the water flow throughout the house. I agreed to his estimate. I contacted the water tank serviceman who came out promptly and completed his part of the work. Certified Water then installed the new system, along with a water purification system. I live in the country and have a well. The job was done beyond my expectations. The price was fair and the results achieved with the new piping and water softener are excellent. I will continue to use them for my salt and annual maintenance of my water purifier.

had some issues with the installation: he used my old purge line instead of installing a new one. this line failed twice and created water damage in my finished basement. his quote never said that he would use the old purge line or i would not have accepted it. i was able to clean up the mess and have repaired. he is a nice man and i did not want to get into it with him and may need him again so i will leave it at that. the reason i took so long to reply is that i was not sure how i wanted to respond to this request for a reveiw.

Only do business with this company if you are positive nothing will ever break. We had a new water softener installed by Certified Water Services. I dealt with the owner and all was great on the front end. The installation went smoothly. The water felt great. It really made a difference to my wife and daughter both who suffer with psoriasis. They even through in a reverse osmosis water purifier. I had the peace of mind knowing I was dealing with a local family owned business. Fast forward six months, the plumbing line (which they installed) for the reverse osmosis system began leaking one day while we were out. We came home to a ruined sheetrock basement ceiling. I called Certified Water Services and spoke with the owner?s son. He scheduled a visit to come and look at the softener. In the interim, I called our insurance company who granted us a claim (minus a $500 deductible) to have the ceiling repaired. While they inspected the damage, the insurance company noticed what they called ?a bad plumbing job? and informed me that they were going to go after Certified Water Services insurance company for the deductible. The owner?s son came out a few days later and fixed the leak. He also explained to me that we must have done something to jar the line loose. I realized at that point that Certified Water Systems was not going to take any responsibility for what happened. Problem solved. All good, until that is it happened again 4 months later and my ceiling was ruined a second time. I fixed that on my own and had the water purifier removed. After all, it?s the water softener I wanted. Now, the softener isn?t softening any longer. I called and spoke to Patrick and he scheduled an appointment to service it. No one showed up. I called again and scheduled another appointment. No show again. Finally I called back today and was told that we should find another company to service our equipment because their insurance company advised them not to service our water softener. Good luck out there to anyone who has to deal with the local family owned business.

Very smooth, courteous, professional, timely and perfect installation. Victor came out to our house, gave us an estimate. We chose for the filtration system only and did not opt for the water softener system due to our cost constraints. Victor's son did the installation, he was great. Stayed and tested out everything to ensure perfection. Cleaned up and left the area cleaner than he found it. I would recommend them again in a heart beat. By the way, our water is now so clear, it tastes amazing.

Victor and his son were very professional. Victor arrived promptly for our estimate and delivered it on the spot. I had a second estimate done which was $500 more. Although the other company did an actual water test for us, I found Victor's assessment to be spot on based on publicly available data on our water. As I did additional research to confirm we had the right size system and right quality system, again Victor was spot on. We scheduled the install with CWS for two weeks later. Victor and his son arrived promptly at 9:30am on the day of the install and were finished just past noon. We are finishing our basement and when we had the system installed, had yet to frame it out. When we did, I realized where we had put the system was not the right spot to maximize space. Victor agreed to return and move the system and extend the tubing to put it in a more convenient spot for us - free of charge! I thought that was so incredible, particularly because it was not his fault! I would highly recommend CWS if you find yourself in the market for a water softener. It is a big difference!!!

I contacted Certfied Water Sevices and was able to quickly get an appt for an estimate. Victor showed up on time and after testing the water he told me what he could do to help. We have horrible HARD water and I was ready to get it resolved! He answered all of my questions and wrote everything down so I could use it as a refernce. After discussing with my husband we decided to have them install the system. They arrived on time (Victor and his son) and the whole job took about 3 hours. The Water softener was installed downstairs and the Reverse Osmosis was installed at the kitchen sink and contected to the frig. We have been so happy with the results and would rec them to anyone looking for a new water system!

Our water softener is 18 years and stopped working. The owner, Victor came out and to service it and told us that we needed a new unit. I had 3 other companies come out for other opinions, they all said that we needed a new water softener system, but none of them came close to CWS price. Victor arrived on time on date that he said and was very professional and informative. I would definitely use him in the future and am already considering having him come back to install a reverse osmosis system.

The owner, Victor, came out and inspected the site. He drove up in a well marked commercial cargo van, and was dressed in uniform. Victor went over the products and services in detail and explained the process. He thoughtfully answered our questions and was very personable. His quote was also fair in comparison to the other vendors. On install day, Victor arrived on time and went right to work. He was professional, clean, and detail oriented. When install complete, Victor walked me through the work and explained that the reverse osmosis needed to be cycled as he had used an organic cleaning agent. We had also asked Victor to run a water test, so he explained the turnaround time and how results would be communicated. Victor called back with the results exactly on time. This guy takes pride in and cares about his work. I'd hire him again without hesitation.

Victor was very prompt and professional and we are very happy with our new water softening equipment. We first encountered Certified Water Services when we moved into our house a few months ago and need advice on water treatment and well disinfecting/chlorination. The hot water tank had a "magnetic" device that was very ineffective. It was very obvious that we needed to have a real water softener installed. Water deposits on glass shower doors, white mineral deposit on shower heads and faucets as well as spotted glasses and stainless steel coming from the dishwater demonstrated the need for a water softener. Victor was very prompt and professional and we were very happy with his services. As a special promotion, Victor also installed a free reverse osmosis water filter - he installed the water filter in the basement and then connected the lines to the refrigerator water/ice equipment. We were able to remove the small, internal refrigerator water filter and just rely on the PUR reverse osmosis water filter system. The primary benefit is that a larger of water can be filtered and stored in a separate tank -- it requires less frequent filter replacement (usually annually is sufficient). Certified Water Services does not service well pump equipment, but when we were without water, we called Victor for a recommendation. He provided the contact information for a Well Service professional who responded immediately and got our water flowing again very quickly.
