+ -1 moreI got to tell you -- this is what drives me crazy with contractors. I called Carl Perella of Perella Building Contractors based on a recommendation from a structural engineer. I called him on November 1st, he called me back and showed up for an inperson inspection on November 8th. I recently bought a 24-year old townhome in Newtown, PA. The flooring is noticebly sagging in the upstairs maste rbedroom. Carl came to my home, was very professional. He took out a laser level and took his time to evaluate the sagging joists situation. We parted ways on the promise that he'd send over an estimate. Today is November 25th. Three calls and two emails later, still no estimate. Hey, we all lead busy lives. You mean to say you can't send an email or pick up a phone to say either A) sorry, I'm not interested or B) sorry, it's taking awhile because I've got a lot on my plate. I truly don't understand how this type of contractor stays in business. Carl -- feel free to reply. I'm all ears. Gary Beresky
