Description of Work: I contacted Bob, half explaining my kitchen faucet was leaking at the base. Bob arrived saw where the faucet was leaking and because it was a designer faucet ascertained it could not be repaired. To save me money he advised I should go to Lowe's or Home Depot and purchase the faucet.He also looked under the sink and because I have a garbage disposal he advised I should also pick up an Insinkerator boot because he would have to break the seal on the old one when he removed the disposal. He also advised the dishwasher line was not hooked up correctly so I needed to purchase a new line for that as well. He gave me a price for his labor of $190.00. I wasn't comfortable with Bob so I contacted a plumbing supply store, explained what Bob had told me and the gentleman there gave me the name of another plumber that I ultimately had do the job. The other plumber is also on Angie's List. That plumber did the job for less and I didn't need all the other extras Bob told me to purchase.

+ -1 moreHe came in and knocked it all out. This occurred 6 months ago and the reason I am reporting now is because he just called to follow up on the work. I was extremely impressed by the fact that he followed up after such a large length of time. I would highly recommend him and I plan on using his company again in the future.
Description of Work: He had a very complicated installation of a three compartment sink with a lot of drain work. I had 4 different quotes. He came in as the lowest.
