Very well, worked quickly and quietly.

Leak fixed but a crack in the sewer pipe is causing sewer flies and plumber must return to locate crack. Flies are terrible and problem needs addressing ASAP.

This was an urgent call on a Sunday. Max was prompt and professional. He fixed the problem quickly. He answered all our questions.

Max showed up on time and began to search for a leak from a 2nd floor bathroom to the ceiling of a rental unit. After checking and running water in the sink, tub and toilet, no leaks were observed. He did find that the toilet was slightly loose as well as the toilet seat. He tightened both. He said that due to deteriorating caulk and grout around the tub, he believes that that is the source of the intermittent leak. He checked again and then we went outside for him to leave and to pay him. I also asked him what areas he covered and was very surprised when he told me that there would not be a charge for his service. Due to his thoroughness and attention to detail, I would use Max again for both our personal and rental properties.

Skip Wiesner was the guy who did the work. He worked four days straight including a Saturday and Sunday. Skip is a hard worker and always communicated with me about what he was doing. While he didn't always show up when he initially said he would, he would call or text when he was late. He did excellent work and even did some things not in the original scope of work without extra charges. He did a quality job.

Max was very responsive and ALSO picked up the faucet on the way to my home for no additional cost.. He was honest and did a good job. I will definitely use him in the future. From the first phone call to final install was two hours.

The contractor was initially very responsive as they promptly called to schedule an appointment to provide an estimate. The contractor never showed for his appointment and never called to explain why he didn't show. I did not reach out to them to reschedule and went with another contractor.
