We were hearing noises over head in my child's room. Tito came out and inspected the bedroom, the attic and roof area. He set traps to determine if the problem was due to squirrels or mice. He deduced that it was mice not squirrels. He sealed an area on the roofline that could allow pests in. The appearance left some to be desired (B versus A in quality) but I believe that it will keep pests out. It was in an spot that is not visible unless you climb on the roof. He set out bait and traps in the attic and garage. Caught one and the bait was eaten. He had to come out multiple times to check the traps but also in response to my calls because we heard noises. I very appreciated the responsiveness. I have to admit that I had my doubts about the noises really being due to mice. But it has been about a month since he removed the one mouse caught in the attic and set bait. We haven't heard anything since that time. The other part of the service that I appreciated was his identification of potential troublesome areas that may allow pests to come in. I gave pricing a "B" versus "A" because I don't really have much to compare but in light of his returning a couple of times, I do think it was reasonable. He was very professional and courteous. He had no problem explaining what he planned to do which is part of good customer service. Some act like it's an imposition; he did not.
