Not only was I able to have same day pick-up but I was able to select a 2 hour window. Much nicer than waiting around all day. They called a 1/2 hour before the window and said they would be there right at the start. Both men were very professional and careful, even taking the sleeper sofa and a solid wood entertainment center down a flight of stairs with a low hanging ceiling. Definitely would use again if I wasn't moving from the area.

Got-Junk didn't respond to an email but was able to schedule by phone. Showed up on schedule. Worked quickly and professionally. Answered all of my questions completely. Would definitely use them again.

They were very efficient, friendly, and they did a great job. They pulled things out of the attic and basement. They took out a few truckloads.

The team contacted me by phone 30 mintues before arriving (as they had promised). They arrived right on schedule in uniform in a clean truck. The lead person reviewed the items to be removed and confirmed the estimate I was given over the phone. I presented the Angie's list cupon and he promptly reduced the price of the project per the cupon. They promptly removed the items to the truck and the job was completed within a very short amount of time. Very professional and efficient. I would definitely use this service again.

Everything went very well. Pricing and scheduling was very easy. Everyone was very knowledgable and courteous. They picked up the tv within a couple of hours. The crew who came to pick up the tv was great. I would definitely use them again.

They were on time. They worked really quickly; when I walked into another room and I went back into the living room, they were out already. They had to take the TV console out through the screen door and the regular door, and there wasn’t a nick anywhere; they were amazing. They were professional and friendly. I would continue to use them in the future if I needed to.

It went very well. They were going to be a little late and kept me informed about when they would arrive; the guys were very polite and pleasant, and worked quickly. I was very happy to be rid of objects that were too big and heavy for me to get rid of on my own.

I called in the AM and they scheduled and appointment for that afternoon. They called ahead of time as promised. I needed a full emptu truck and they came with a half empty truck followed by another half empty truck, so there was no wait or downtime. They said there would be an extra charge because the items were very heavy, and the truck couild be top heavy. This was discussed on stie and agreed to. An empty truck for $600 is subject to rviiew when the driver gets on site. I was very pleased, the guys were young healthy, professional, clean and well mannered. A pleasure to have around. I would get them again. Note that if they go in and out of the truck, you will have to clean your floors, since they did get dirt on the hardwood. We had builders paper down, so it was not a problem. Just be aware of this. Job done timely and no damage.
