Description of Work: Very customer-friendly company. Many time slots to pick from on a Saturday which made scheduling very convenient. About 20 minutes before arriving, called to ask if they could come a little earlier than planned, which of course was great for us. The two-man team was extremely courteous and professional. As advertised, they will look at your items first then give you an immediate quote. After accepting their price, the Angies List coupon was applied which brought the cost down even more. They carried out two very heavy items without any problems. Overall, a very effcient process and pleasant experience.

Description of Work: Mom passed away at Ann's Choice and we had three days to clean out her room which we found out on the third day after she died. Called 1-800-GOT-JUNK and they came out withing two hours and quickly hauled off all of the furniture in her room. They called a half hour before they were going to arrive..
