Universal Air Heating and Cooling recently installed new air conditioner and gas furnace. Smooth process from start to finish. Bill was very knowledgeable and honest about what I needed. He provided options and did not oversell additional equipment like other companies. His team installed the new systems in a timely fashion. They too were knowledgeable and were eager to teach me. They were careful while in my home and cleaned any debris. Pricing of new system was very fair for Trane. Thus far, happy to use this company and would recommend to a friend or family member absolutely.

Smoothly done from start to finish, beginning with a representative who listened, then offered several alternatives including the one I eventually went with but had not previously considered (Ductless Heat Pump.) The installation was done as per agreement by two very friendly and courteous gentlemen who attacked the job and kept up their intense pace until the full installation was completed, and done well, and two days earlier than expected. Good work at a fair price. I would definitely recommend.

It was a great experience. The crew was prompt,efficient and friendly. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Universal and will call them for the next project.

Best HVAC company that I have dealt with for a long time

We're really pleased we went with Universal, after getting 4 quotes from different vendors. They're a great company to work with. Very reasonable, compared to other quotes we received. The work was done with high quality, and very professionally. Plus, they have a great financing plan. Would definitely recommend them, and will use them for future projects down the road!

Trevor and Kevin were both friendly and professional. I received a call in the morning before they came to let me know that they would be arriving in 30 minutes. After introducing themselves, they got right to work and did an impressive job. Upon finishing, Trevor clearly explained the different aspects of the water heater. I am very pleased with the job and the cleanliness of the work area upon completion.

Install is great. Prompt and quick install of complete HVAC unit and water heater. I will be using them on other homes our company is rehabbing.

replace propane water heater. Bill provided estimate. Team arrived on schedule for the estimate and the actual job. Price quoted was the final price. Very clean and professional. Cleaned everything up and no mess left. A little trouble with trying to pay via credit card but not on Universal's end. Processing service for cards was held by my credit card company but easily resolved the next day. Not sure why.

Selected Universal Air LLC to add central air conditioning to my 1860 farmhouse after interviewing 3 other companies. The owner, Bill Leone, spent 2 hours with me looking over the house and explaining in detail how he would tackle the project. The install crew did a wonderful job; very neat and nice, polite guys, a real plus especially when they're going to be in your home everyday for at least a week! Offered me great financing too through a company called Green Sky. Highly recommend Universal Air LLC especially if your looking to add central air to an older home. They made a real success of what I considered to be a daunting project.

As other reviewers have written, Bill and his service techs are very thorough, friendly and professional. We received proposals from four companies and looked at three HVAC systems: Lennox, Trane and Bryant. We ended up installing two new Trane propane furnaces and 5 ton heat pumps. Universal was competitively priced and even offered to modify existing gas lines to bring them into code at no additional charge. While price was an obvious consideration, the quality of the installation was equally important. Will also sign up for their yearly service agreement. I would absolutely recommend them.

Professional Establishment, from estimation to completion of work. Purchased HVAC and Furnace - Received estimates from the owner, Bill. I had over 1000 questions, and he responded to every text, email or phone call within a 1/2 hour throughout the entire process. When hired, everything went exactly according to plan without a hitch. Bill was personally onsite two different times to assure the work was being done to my satisfaction. Installers Trevor and Kevin were right on time both days. They walked me through everything and made sure i was OK with things BEFORE installing anything. They were very professional and comfortable to work with. Although the cost was comparable to the Big Conglomerates, the distinct difference is the concern, care and accessibility you receive when dealing with Universal, all backed with an excellent service warranty. Bottom Line: If you want a professional establishment who treats you like family, and does the job correctly the first time without issue, this is the company for you.

Great financing options and great customer service. On time and great communication throughout the process. Value is subjective, I know I got a good product so the installation and customer service is where I place value. Its to soon to see but I am confident if there are any issues they would be handled. I would recommend Universal to friends and family!
