After 3 months, our renovation is complete! This almost 300 year old house is now making its way into the 21st century thanks to Touch of Class Remodeling. Their professionalism, artistry, craftsmanship and willingness to deal with the idiosyncrasies of this crazy house has made our dreams come true! Thank you to Steve, Debbie and Jaimie for everything! Steve and his team completely remodeled our bathroom - not a single thing from our old bathroom was reused. Steve worked with us to assist with the selection of all the materials for the new bathroom and they installed everything: electrical, plumbing, floors, painting, vanities, and fixtures. EVERYTHING! And we love our new bathroom! The crew was excellent, on time, worked their butts off, and they were very good house guests for almost 3 weeks. They were courteous and respectful of our time - critical with my wife and me working from home. We would totally use them again and we're looking for new projects for them already. Highly recommended.

My wife and I hired A Touch of Class Remodeling to remodel out unfinished basement. We had wants but really didn't have a vision on what we wanted it to look like. Steve came and created something truly special. It is exactly what we wanted and more. All communication via email was with Debbie (Steve's wife) who was responsive, sweet, and constantly kept me up to date one what was due and when the team was coming. Steve would arrive every morning with his crew lead by Jamie and each morning we would go over what would be done for that day along with staying around to answer any questions or concerns I had. Jamie and his crew were professional, on time, and truly experts at what they do. After each day Jamie would do a walk through with me to show what was completed and they left the work area clean and spotless. They were very understanding of my work from home schedule and when my wife and I were out of town. Originally the completion timeframe was 6-8 weeks but ended up being completed in 17 days (WOW!). We are so excited to use our basement now and are actually happy to go down there. I recommend Steve, Debbie, Jamie, and team to whoever is considering A Touch of Class Remodeling. You will not be disappointed.

Best experience we have ever had with a contractor. Jamie and his crew were amazing. They were on site every single day, extremely polite, did excellent work, and stayed on schedule despite our numerous “Pinterest tweaks”. Debbie and Steve were great! Throughout the project, timely status updates were provided. Debbie was instrumental in coordinating directly with the granite company to ensure our materials were ready on time and were exactly as we requested. There was a slight blemish on one of the slabs after installation and Steve stopped by to have a look. Debbie immediately coordinated with the material supplier (again) to have them come out and fix it. They're a great team and we are 100% happy with the end product.

We absolutely love our new master bath. Steve and his team took care of us at every step of the way. It was our first big remodeling project and they made sure we were prepared for each step of the process. We're planning to do our guest bathroom in a year or two and will definitely be working with them again.

We decided to go with Steve and his company because he made us feel comfortable with his ideas and was very flexible when working with us. Jamie and his crew were very clean and considerate during the whole renovation. I even had my neighbor comment out of nowhere about how clean they were keeping the demo trailer out in our driveway. The bathroom we had done was a complete gut, down to studs, while also expanding into nearby closets. The whole bathroom was reorganized and Steve, Jamie, and crew did a very good job. I am very particular about the quality of work done and they met my expectations. There were definitely times that I asked for some drywall mudding to fixed, tiles realigned, etc. and Jamie was very accommodating and made the changes every single time. I have absolutely zero issues with the work that was done. We are very happy. Steve and Debbie were also very prompt in responding to emails. Great communication.

Super...we had a very bad experience with old contractor in getting to us and Steve’s promises were perfect...and finished ahead of his promise...I endorse this co. Completely....

My new bathroom is gorgeous! i had an old jacuzzi tub,shower and floor removed with new layout and design. New dry wall, flooring, all new fixtures, and tile were installed. The crew on site were professional, prompt and very responsive to design requests and unexpected changes that I wanted. They did a beautiful job. Steve and Debbie were a pleasure to work with and kept me up to date on everything. I would definitely hire again.

On a scale of 1-10, absolutely 10 plus. Easy to communicate with, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. They are every dedicated. They are very into taking care of details and problem solving. They were outstanding. Everyday they were here when they said they were gonna be here. They also clean up well. They will be my number one contact.

Great job. The team was very experienced and did an excellent job in a timely and friendly manner. They were on time and always left our home clean and orderly at end of work day. I would definitely hire them for future jobs.

I was introduced to A Touch of Class Remodeling through a kitchen remodel planned and purchased through Lowe's. Touch of Class provided exceptional service and was responsive to all our questions and concerns. They were reliable, respectful of our property, courteous and friendly. They were the easy part of working with Lowe's (I would not recommend working with Lowe's for an extensive remodel.)

Always a good experience...friendly, professional, timely, excellent work....started out with a few small jobs to test the work (french doors, hearth area) and was very happy with work....moved on to a total bathroom renovation in two bathrooms, and then the new 3-season room.....really updated our home with quality workmanship. Steve and Debbie are both easy to work with.

It went very well. They were very prompt. Any problems or issues I had were answered within 30 minutes to one day and they always made sure I was satisfied with the work.

Great! I have had many projects completed in my 30 year old home and have used various contractors. Touch of Class was by far the most professional group I’ve hired. The room was an add shape and there were some challenges and Steve and his crew made it seem simple. The design results were very pleasing to my teen daughter and the structural work was pleasing to us. We plan to use Touch of Class again this Spring for another project.

The work went very smoothly. While remodeling the kitchen, the kept us access to our stove and refrigerator so we could continue to cook and eat with minor disruption. When remodeling the family room, they gave me continuous access to my computer so I could continue working from home on a part-time basis. They were very courteous and professional in their work. They performed the kitchen remodel as a contractor for Lowe's. We were so please with their work that when we wanted to remodel the family room a year later, we hired them directly.

From beginning to end this project went very smooth. Steve is very experienced and a pleasure to deal with. His crew was professional, competent and polite! You could not ask for much more.

Steve and his crew are absolutely wonderful! Polite, friendly, responsive and accommodating, he and his crew worked diligently to get the job done and to get it done right. I was very impressed by how Steve frequently worked with his newer guys and was a patient teacher, showing them how to do unfamiliar jobs. He also took his time explaining things to me and answering any questions that I may have. The cabinets are gorgeous and have been installed with great precision, each piece matching up perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better group of guys to work here, I thoroughly trusted them in my home and would gladly do so again! Highly recommended!!
