We have 4 landscape designers on staff including one with a degree from Cornell University in landscape architecture and one with a degree from Penn State in landscape contracting. The problem is they never finished cleaning up all the stuff that they said they’d take away. It’s been two years and I’ve been reminding him periodically, but I think it’s been long enough. If you use them just make sure you don’t make the last payment before the work is completely finished."
