Description of Work: I called with an emergency that needed attention and he was recommended because he was local. He did answer the phone on the second attempt and was very rude. He was quiet as I talked through the whole problem then said " I was there once ( which I do not remember) he went on to say no one was there when I was there and kept repeating that. He then said I can't do anything for 2 weeks. We were shocked, it was an emergency and he kept on about being there before... not recommended. We got another and he was there the next day and completed the job.
