I have been doing some upgrades on my house working with several contractors. Jeff is the only one that was reasonably priced, here on time both days, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Jeff was very nice and helpful, he installed 4 security cameras, a video door bell and connect my floodlight camera to the app. Jeff answered all our questions, and took the time to install the apps to my computers and phone and made sure that everything was up and running before he left. NEPA HELPED US GET THE OLD ALARM SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING AFTER WE PUT IN NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS.The window installers had cut the wires and then our window sensors would not work due to different sized frames. Jeff knew just what to do and gave us exactly what we wanted. He was also punctual and called ahead before he came. I would definitely use this company if and when we need a whole house upgrade.

They came out and did the initial install. It took longer than two hours, but they did not charge extra. I paid them and let them know I was interested in having them do more work for me. They will not return my calls. I have money to spend and I am ready to go, but they refuse to return calls. They just ditched me for no reason. It was baffling.
