They did an excellent job on the assessment and installation of my security needs. The units look like they are part of my home. Also he took the time to explain the many functions of the DVR, cameras and the phone set-up. They worked with me to make sure each camera was setup to fit my needs. These guys left a massive hole in my wall,hung TBS power supply box on 1 screw, and stripped wires so poorly that some broke just by moving them. Jeff blew me off on 3 appointments. That's when I had to make the repairs myself and found out how bad the install really was. Would Not recommend this company to anyone!

I could not rate this company higher. Jeff is an excellent security contractor: he is trustworthy, knowledge, and honest. He does not try to up sell you. In fact, Jeff tried to suggest I could use cheaper cameras than the ones I wanted. I can also say that we gave Jeff a tough project--install 8,4k IP cams on a 1922 Tudor house that is large and irregular shaped. This project took Jeff longer than originally projected, and he did not charge us more. Jeff was able to work with the stone walls, old soffts, and plaster walls with minimal invasion. I also appreciate the pride Jeff takes in his work; if he is not sure if he can do a job perfectly, he won't do it. It is hard to find people like this. If you are thinking about installing an alarm or cameras, do yourself a favor and contract NEPA.
