Easy to communicate very profesional

The showed up with a missing part for our equipment and didn't want to go out and buy one, said would bring it by in a week, 3 months later, he is dodging our calls, and when we do get him on the phone he lies and say he mailed it and never does. Irresponsible and poor customer service, likes to cash the check but doesn't care about customer satisfaction. We have been calling Jeff for 3 months now with lots of patience and respect , and JEFF continues to lie to us and avoiding his responsibility to us, expecting us to flip the bill for a part he should have provided. Next step filing complaints with everyone imaginable, Because it is no longer about the part but the Lack Of Respect he has shown us .

it was a pleasure meeting Jeff from his 1st phone call right thru the installation he was punctual explained the whole job and costs for the video surveillance system install, set up, I will definitely recommend him and will use him in what ever projects he can do. I I can have already recommended him to a few people.
