 + -1 moreJ.C., the owner, is evasive even by his subcontractors’ account. He earned my business with an extremely low price. And so was the quality. They mowed with heavy equipment on wet ground and left deep ruts. Countless tries to contact J.C. By phone, e-mail and text message, prooved fruitless. Finally I told the subcontractors to stop mowing my lawn in June 2017. I informed J.C. That I will not pay the last bill until the damages have been repaired. Nothing happened. Instead J.C. has the audacity to send me another invoice on Nov. 11 for services not perfomed in June and July 2017. My recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

 + -1 moreApparently this contractor JC doesn't know or care that once you agree to a price and scheduled start date for agreed scope of work you have a contract. Therefore this crook JC is in breach of his contract. I and my lawyer wouldn't recommend anyone use Central Lawn and Outdoor Solutions under any circumstances. We
Description of Work: Flower beds cleared, bushes trimmed, mulch installed in all beds, arbor and wisteria taken down and top soil and grass seed installed.
