Description of Work: My husband and I were contacted by an agent from Across Country related to the potential purchase of a property they have listed. We had expressed interest several months ago but had advised the agency at the time that we were not able to move toward the sale at that juncture. In the time since we originally viewed the property, the listing agent has contacted us on three separate occasions attempting to pressure us into buying the property. In each instance, she has claimed that "several" other parties were interested in the property. I determined through various mutual acquaintances that no one has even expressed a desire to view the property, let alone expressed interest in it.
