The gentleman that came to my home was very polite. He took measurements and ask me what I was looking to have in my new kitchen. He then called me back in a couple of weeks with 3 different layouts for my kitchen. At that time he did not have any pricing for me since I did not decide on which layout and the different type of cabinets for my kitchen. I had to postpone having my kitchen done due to another problem that needed to be taken care of in my house. Even though I did not have any work done they were pleasant to work with.

Earl came to the house and built a template that he used to construct the counter top. He promised to install it by December 15th and kept that promise. He had to remove a double French door to get the counter top into the house. We were delighted with the quality and the work performed. Earl, Connie and Steve at Covenant Builders are great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Contractor quoted price and dates of service however actual service dates were one week later than originally agreed upon. The later start dates caused considerable distress because remodeling work was being made to an apartment that had been promised for occupancy two weeks after scheduled work date. The contractor did however respond to the situation by working longer hours to complete the updates. The start delays necessitated reshuffling of prescheduled work down to just hours before the apartment was to be occupied. The work performed was very professional and resulted in a functional kitchen and bath with an upgrade style. Despite the anguish caused by the delayed starts I would recommend this contractor to other customers based solely on the quality of their work.
