Description of Work: We had loose tile in the bathroom tub area. Norm discovered way more damage when he looked behind the tiles. He had to remove all tile, drywall, and plywood and replace it. We decided to go with a tub surround, and also new faucet and shower.

+ -1 moreI would recommend All Around Maintenance Man to anyone in Our area. Norm brings much of his own equipment,such as power washer, and has completely washed all the siding (which is white) on our home. Looks terrific.
Description of Work: Norm has been doing yard maintenance, painting, home repairs and general handy man work for over 2 1/2 years for us. He is reliable, and thorough. His estimates for jobs are accurate and he never never has overcharged us. Norm is a trustworthly Christian man who takes all his duties very seriously. When we go out of town he watches the house for us. I would highly recommend Norm to anyone in this area.

Description of Work: He repaired a broken window frame in a rental and replaced 2 outside door frames another job . He also replaced several flourescent light frames in my family room. He has now done 5 jobs for me in the past year to my great satisfaction!

+ 0 moreNorm with All Around Maintenance Man is a professional. He removed a rotten floor, replaced the boards with new wood. The disposal of the old materials was my responsibility. The work was completed on time for the agreed upon price. If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer them. I have given All Around Construction permission to use me as a reference.

+ -1 moreHe lied about the times he was working at the house, and the materials he used. He never replaced the floor and charged us for removing of the old floor even though we had to throw out the materials ourselves. He just talked about getting drunk all of the time and was not professional. Finally he talked down to my girlfriend as was very disrespectful. He refused to give us his business contact information when asked. He fired another contractor to come in and charge for the same services he provided himself.
Description of Work: He was hired to rip out an old bedroom floor, replace the plywood, and put a new flooring in.
