+ -1 moreThe service is great but the customer service sucks. It takes too long to get a rep, they are short, not courteous or helpful. It is always an argument to get something done, it is never easy.

Description of Work: VERIZON PROVIDES WIRELESS SERVICE FOR MY CELL PHONE. THEIR STAFF IN THE STORES IS AVAILABLE FOR REPAIRS, QUESTIONS, UPGRADES, ETC. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 4 YEARS.
