Had a very good experience with Phase 4. Would hire again. It was unfortunate that there was a large storm between my roof repair and the installation of gutters, which contributed to some water seepage in my basement, but that was more or less beyond their control.

Phase 4 did a great job replacing my roof. Not only shingles, but needed a hole fixed and new wood put down. They did a wonderful job. Also had a new gutter and leaf guard installed and I am very happy with their work. They are very professional, prompt and reliable. Can’t say enough about Matt and Phase 4!

I was very pleased. I dealt with the manager Joe and the guy who ran the project was Jon, they were both great. The crew was great. They replaced the roof within 6-9 hours. It looks fantastic. Everything was cleaned up very nicely so I was pleased. The conduct of the crew was excellent. They were hard workers and easy to get along with so I was happy. Like clockwork, all work done in two days because of weather. Everything cleaned up and hauled away even nails and all debri.

We needed to remove 2 trees from our back yard. I spoke with Phase 4 on Thursday, and scheduled an appointment with them to come over at 11:30AM on Saturday. Saturday came and went, but Phase 4 never showed up. They also never called to let us know they weren't coming, and never called to reschedule. So, we rushed home from running errands on Saturday to make sure we were home on-time, and waited around, for nothing.

They do great work and I have always used them.

Everything went marvelously except one section of roof that may need to be redone. Shingles didn't sit right. A claim has been made to the manufacturer, but we're waiting until the hot weather arrives to see if they'll sit properly. Other than that, they ran into an issue with removing the existing siding due to the method used when originally installed. I was a bit concerned how they'd solve the issue, but it worked out beautifully. I believe the house may be tighter with the change in plans than if they had removed the old siding.

Travis called me and we spent about 15 or so minutes on the phone with me explaining to him what the problem was and he said he had a good feeling he knew what was wrong and how to fix it. He asked me if i wanted the work done same day and I say yes. He said great. I gave him my address and he said he had to go to a repair and would call me in an hour to give me the exact time he would be there and that it shouldn't have been more than an hour from the time of our conversation which was at 11:30 AM. My family and I cancelled our plans to make sure we were here for him and I received a call from him finally at 5:30 PM saying he wasn't coming. At this point I am upset because I had 3 other companies who called me quickly and wanted to come out and I turned them down because this guy said he was coming and doing the work too. This is horrible customer service and a lack of care for me and my families time. Needless to say at the end of the day i have no plumber and a bad water leak. I don't understand why a company like this would make a call to a potential customer if you have no intentions of showing up. That is just poor business. I will never call nor refer a company like this.

The two men who came to my house got to work right away. They took some time to climb up on the roof and perform a thorough inspection. Then they walked me around the house, pointing out issues that needed attention. Issues found included loose soffit, loose shingles, areas around vents that needed to be sealed, and nails that were popping up. They gave me a price and I asked them to go ahead and perform the work. The work was completed in under an hour and I have not had any roof issues since then.

This is a fantastic company to work with I had them at our house severel months ago to fix a roof leak. The roofer that came out was able to quickly determine and solve the problem. Several months later adn we are still leak free. Thank you Phase 4.

Our house was in dire need of new siding and everything that goes along with that type of work. The job started on time and at the end of each day the site was cleaned up as if no on was there. All debris and old siding was put into a dumpster and that was removed on the last day of the job. The workmanship was excellent and the foreman, Joe Harmer, was responsive to every question and request that I had with a quick return phone call. I would not hesitate to recommend Phase 4 to anyone needing work done on their home. A certain 10 out of 10 from me.

The company sent their expert to measure to determine the correct size and I made a $900.00 down payment. The door was ordered and took approximately 2 weeks to arrive. I was called and a time was arranged for installation. Two men arrived to do the installation. The job was completed in approximately 1/2 day. The new door looks great and I am happy with the job.

Everything went extremely well from start to finish. Matt, the company manager worked collaboratively with my insurance agent in this renovation project. Matt's team was efficient, friendly and professional. There was never a moment that I had to worry about the completion or scheduling of this entire room project which was caused by a leaking pipe in the ceiling. Matt was in constant contact with me and frequently checked that everything was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them in the future.

Signed the contract on a Thursday and my roof was on and completed on Tuesday the following week. All the work and clean up was done in one day! I have seen some of my neighbors have had their roofs done by Big Box Home Improvement stores and has taken a week and job was not done as well as Phase 4. Plus, they did it for less!

Phase 4 is honestly the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with. They were recommended to me from a neighbor 2 years ago that had worked with them on flipping projects. The first job they did was a new roof. Flawless execution. After the job was done I ended up having a few minor issues I needed addressed caused by the new roof and they responded immediately had a guy out in hours. I soon had new gutters installed, only took one day no issues. I've also had other more "handy" jobs done inside the house. They are willing to do anything because they are sincere about the work they do and they want to ensure the customer is taken care of no matter what. The last job they did was an outside job on my deck and installing new pvc piping for the sump pump to drain. The job ended up being more complicated than anyone expected and the weather also didn't corporate very much but they didn't flinch or make excuses. The project ended up being completed shortly after the original projection with no issues. The two workers on the job stuck it out in serious heat and rain, with no complaints. Every worker from them has been more than personable. I never felt uncomfortable with them working when I wasn't home. If you are thinking about doing anything to your house or just have some inquires I highly recommend you call Phase 4. You wont be dissapointed.

The process was seamless. Phase 4 came out and gave us the most competitive price from the contractors that gave us estimates. Once the deal was finalized, Phase 4 came out quickly. They arrived on the day they were supposed to. The spent one day taking off the old roof and the next day putting on the new roof. 2 days. No hassle of a contractor taking a long time to get the job done. They brought a dumpster to the site on day one and placed all the debris in it. After the job was done, they hauled the dumpster away. The workers were very professional and polite to our family as they worked on our roof. Our yard was cleaned up and there were not any nails or scraps in our driveway or in our yard. Matt Soncini, the owner, was very professional and courteous. He returned our calls quickly and explained the different types of roofs available to us. They also did some painting for us in the areas where we had leaks from the old roof. They did a nice job with that too. I would definitely use Phase 4 for any remodeling needs in the future.

Service was excellent. Upon calling for an estimate the representative came that evening. I obtained several estimates on the work to be done and they priced very competitively. They were ready to start the work the following week. The work was completed within 3 days. Since I could not decide on the color for shutters till the roof and siding where complete, they returned with samples so I could get a better idea of what would match and installed the shutters a week later. Cleanup following the job was very good. Since then I have recommended Phase 4 to 2 different people and both have been very happy with the work. I highly recommend them.
