They did a great job on the roof and gutters. Scheduling was prompt and the customer service was outstanding. They kept open communication with us throughout the entire process. Really a pleasure to work with and quality workmanship. They were pricier than other roofers but we are so happy with the results.

Phase4 was easy to work with, the guys on-site were friendly and did tremendous detail oriented work, and they were the best price out of the four quotes we received. I would definitely hire them again.

Phase 4 Contracting did a professional job on the new porch roof and replacing the porch ceiling. They were quick to address any problems or concerns that I had. Thus far, there are no problems with the quality of the job after several rainy days.

They constructed a 600 sq ft wooden deck for us and did a very nice job. There was one problem we found and they were quick to address it which impressed us even more.

On time, roof looks good, good communication. Would hire again. Only issues were their truck left deep tire tracks in my lawn and during installation a piece of my siding was broken in which they came back the next day to address after I complained about it.

The root grinding was not adequate. Even after I asked them to return and they ground additional roots, There were still many more roots left under the pile of shredded wood. The thing I was happiest about was how quickly they were able to come and do the job and the price was also pretty good.

I really appreciated the great job these guys did in removing & grinding the stump of this 8' high bush; and trimming the flowering cherry tree! They listened to my concern in that there was a wire against the house and it was important that it not be touched when the stump was cut. Also, Kelly the office person for Phase 4 was gracious, informative, and conveyed my directions to the contractors involved. Great group of people!

The work completed was phenomenal. Job was done in a timely manner and the clean-up was superb. We had a tree removed and stump grinding for two stumps. The only downside we experienced was the communication with regards to scheduling. I was notified at 8:30 pm the night prior that someone would be there at 8 am the next day. There was short notice given for the follow up visit and I had to reach out to get an update.

We can not say enough about these guys! We were away for the day when the work was completed. A minor followup was fixed in one day! We have been 'burned' many times in the past, when problems took weeks to resolve. Phase4 came out the very next morning! They are fabulous.

Price quoted was what I paid, they did not try to upsell me or convince me to purchase items I did not need or want. They were on time, completed my project in a timely manner. Cleaned up as promised.

The roof came out great. The main person I was in contact with was Kelly and she was great getting back to me! Out of all the estimates, they had the best price!
