Needed a new roof due to wind and rain damage. Matt Soncini and his crew worked fast and did a beautiful job. Cleaned everything up. Pricing was reasonable.

Matt. Kelly, and the crew replacing the roof were fair, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. He showed up when they said they would (something I find hard to come by in contractors) and quickly performed the needed work, cleaning up very well. I will absolutely recommend them to others, and use Phase 4 the next time I need work completed at my home.

Phase 4 is great! Did the roof sooner than expected! They took great care not to cause any damage to windows etc. and were done in 8 hours!

We are very pleased with the work that Joe, Mike and Anthony did in replacing our deck railings. They arrived on time, were polite and aimed to please us. It is obvious that they take pride in their work. We asked that they preserve as much of our wisteria and hydrangea vines which were entwined in the existing rail. These guys worked hard to save as much as they could. It wasn't easy, but they did it for us. The installation is beautifully done, and they even made a suggested change to better accommodate my handicapped husband. I highly recommend Phase 4.

Did not hire for roof work, hires to take down a large tree instead. On time, neat and clean. Good price , would hire again

I was sold one siding job but given another, the owner Matt does not even do any work, silly me, led to believe he was active in job. The sub running the job was way busier running elsewhere, 2 minutes on job then nobody knew where he went. I ended up overseeing job, workers were covering over rotten wood, I stopped job so rot would be replaced as priced. Sold Tyvek wrap but given some other ****, sold 1/2 insulation but cheap delivered, I rejected that ****. Facia looked like crap, had them remove and replace. Been 10 months and my fingers are crossed, hope I do not have any more issues. To add salt on the wound Matt wanted balance of full $$ yup, I did settle with him to what I felt was a fair price, for him, my;time does not come cheap like his work. Yuk, Matt has personality, hopes he cleans up his act.

They installed a shed roof for me. Walked me through what they were installing and why. Did a great job and cleaned up the entire area.

phase 4 remove a very large tree in my yard they was sufficient, and was finished in record time. the price wasn't that bad either. i would recommend them
