I only had a small repair job done and it was a small a gitter repair thing which was causing water to come into the family room wall whenever it rained hard.

We had a great experience with Phase 4. We needed the bottom of our chimney chase repaired and our chimney cap secured. They did the repairs to the chase without damaging the existing siding. Very quick to respond to my inquiry and seemed very interested in getting and doing the work. Price was reasonable and were able to get my work scheduled and completed quickly. Will definitely use them again!

While they did a decent job, The workers spoiled our carpet that needed professional carpet cleaning later. Phase four split the cost of carpet cleaning w me. Workers were shabby and wouldn't take care of their mess at the end of each day in the house or leave cig grate butts on my front yard that my kids found.

Matt made sure we were happy with all phases of the work. Sometimes things happen but it's how the customer is treated and how the contractor handles them that matters the most. Matt handled everything fast and always had a solution-not an excuse- to those little things that didn't go 100%. He was always reachable by phone, text an email when needed.

This was repair of ice dam problems. They got to work immediately and exhibited professional attitusdes and abilities.

I needed to replace my entire roof due to some missing shingles and leaks. Matt from Phase 4 responded to my Home Advisor request for a roofing estimate within an hour and was at my house to look at the job within a day or two. Upon his arrival, he indicated that my existing roof shingle was discontinued and suggested I submit an insurance claim. My insurance company reviewed and approved my claim plus some interior repair within two weeks. Matt had the roofers there the next day. They tore-off and replaced the 30 sq roof, plus cleaned up every bit of debris in one day. It was a real pleasure working with Matt and Phase 4, and I highly recommend them.

Phase4 sent one of his best contractors to complete a job that Ramsey Painting and Cleaning botched. Phase4 is very professional and high quality workmanship.
